Look I love Panda Express as much as the next guy, but every time and I mean everytime I go, I always order white rice and chow mein in my plate and I can count on one hand how many times they got that right. It’s either fried rice and chow mein, chow mein only, white rice only (what I just received which is why I’m writing this now) and yeah it’s my fault that I’m not checking my plate but I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s not hard to read the receipt and put it on the plate. And like a dad, “im not mad, im just disappointed.”

Gave me small portions of entries. There’s an upcharge of $1.75 for the honey walnut shrimp and guess what? They gave me 6 pcs with one piece of walnut. And the beef brocolli, too small serving. $14.29 is not worth it ya’ll. So disappointed. Such a scam dis place!

For me and probably for many others as well, Panda Express is the place to go for relatively cheap but decently made Chinese food. The Kapolei location has been my favorite location since it’s pretty new with good service, and the quality of the food. Today, however, I noticed that they stopped providing a separate small box for the third item on a Bigger Plate unlike they used to do in the past. The result is that it is not visually appealing and the flavors from each item got all mixed up. Not sure why such a decision was made. But I’m thinking that while they may reduce some costs by serving everything in one plate, it could turn away some customers who care about how their food is served.

Beautiful new location. Also has a drive through. The only thing food was fresh and delicious, the service was great. General manager, Merle, was very nice and made sure everyone was taken cared of. Five STARS

A great choice for a quick meal. I like a two choice plate. When I want to eat healthy, I get half brown rice and half super greens for my base, otherwise I like chow mein for my base. The Kung Pao chicken and Angus Pepper Sreak are great choices for healthy eating. Sometimes I’ll mix it up with broccoli beef. Service is good, rarely very busy.

Great value for the money. It’s already expensive in Hawaii. I can get good quality tasty food for a ok price. My favorite place so far overall. The employees are always friendly!

This business sneaks in charges they do not advertise. This is the 3rd time. If you order a bowl or a plate and then add a premium of $1.50, they will charge you an extra $1.50 although they do not advertise it anywhere. The manager kept telling me the menu says if you add a premium it is $1.50 but because it is this type of meat in the premium category, it’s another $1.50. NO WHERE IN THEIR PRICING DOES IT SAY THAT. I TOLD HER IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND DISHONEST. If they say the extra $1.50 is to upgrade it to a larger plate, then the argument makes no sense as the bowl is till a bowl; it doesn’t enlarge itself. watch your charges. How many people are being ripped off by this dishonesty. As much as I like their food, I will not be wasting my hard earned money at this business.

Went in one night and nothing bad. They helped me quick. Many of the starches were out so I had to wait for it which was fine. So placed my order and waited. They took kind of long but they eventually called us that it was ready and handed me my bag. Went home and they forgot part of my order. Called them and they told me I have to go into the same location for a refund or to get the missing items which is frustrating because I do not live in kapolei and I am rarely in kapolei so it’s a hassle for me to go just for $6/$7. Not worth the time and gas for me and I should not have to put my time and gas for the workers mistake. It is what it is though, at least it’s not a big loss.
