never going to this panda express again to use the bathroom. i went to the restroom and someone tried opening it. it was locked. they started knocking and i said “someones in here” and they unlocked it. it was a worker. i yelled that someone was in here and they apologized. i came out furious. she tried saying that she was knocking and didnt hear anything. but just because shes a worker and has keys to the bathroom does not mean she has the advantage to just unlock it when she needs to go. IT IS LOCKED FOR A REASON! overall your food is nasty and dry.

Probably one of the worst Pand Express experiences I’ve ever had. 30 minutes before closing and they have almost nothing and are informing customers that they will NOT be making more food. They also do not let you try any samples so don’t ask, cause apparently they don’t do that here. Not sure if that changed but during Covid I was able to “try a sample” at Kapolei every time I went there (which is a lot). There are 7 employees. Nothing be made, nothing stocked, no forks, spoons or napkins. I will not be coming back to this location again.
And no “they are about to close” does not come into play 30 minutes prior when they are legitimately turning away customers as a result of them refusing to cook. Looked like they started cleaning at 8pm so the call was made earlier to stop cooking for guests.

Hair in food, called them. Explained found a hair in one of the dishes. Didn’t seem very concerned that it had made me sick while eating my dish, said they’d refund.
Took the plate back, Manager didn’t even come out. Horrible customer service. No real apology and you’d think they’d have refunded mine as I sicked mine all up.

Food was dry, service and staff were not caring. One was asleep in the dining area. I also myself and the lady wanted Cho fun, and we were refused. Food was dry and portions were small. Manager unhelpful.

This rant isn’t about food, it’s about the service. Didn’t catch his name, but the cashier today wrapped our utensils with napkins and threw them over the counter on a massive wet spot. My aunty then asked for new napkins. He grabbed new napkins and rudely threw them over the counter towards her on the same wet area. Seriously, is there no training on health codes or customer service there?!

What a disappointment, very busy, not friendly. Food dont look healthy any longer. I was not able to get my old regular Stirw Fried Vegetables. What i got was not to my taste, greasy, spicy, not fresh. I will not go back this place. ♀️

Called ahead to order food, for my wife to pick up. When she gets there, they act like they have no idea what she’s talking about. So then she has to wait in the long dinner line. Then once she got home almost all the food was under cooked. Never going to this Panda again.

Shout out to Brandon – the king of Panda. This dude is CALM. This guy is COOL. This fella is COLLECTED. He reads out orders smooth and audibly. He carries himself well and I look forward to seeing him every time. He is a GOAT and I don’t even know the dude personally. Just know that if Brandon is there your meal is gonna be served professionally.

Staff here are great, even when super busy I see them working super hard. Even during dinner rush they work fast to get orders complete. Food is made fresh and this location must have good management because it’s our go-to for an easy family dinner. Love the super greens too
