Michael rocks and the cooks are happy. Less than an hour left and the food is still fresh. Almost got the teriyaki (so fresh!) but ended up with honey walnut shrimp.

The food is usually very good. It would was nice to get green beans without the thorny ends. The customer service is terrible. We received a bag of food with no labels and the containers laying on their sides. We weren’t asked what kind of sauces we would like and we had to ask for our receipt. The young man at the drive thru was disagreeable, to say the least.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, I visited the Panda Express in Oroville, California just before 9pm, along with my boyfriend and my brother. Having many years of experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments, it was obvious to me that we came in at a time when they had just finished a small rush of dinner business, and another rush was starting just as we walked in. The entire staff was focused and did a great job. The cooking staff was quickly putting out freshly made food, and the counter and drive thru staff were efficient, friendly and accurate. We were helped by
Lyeanna, and I was very impressed by her ability to keep our complicated order straight, juggle several other tasks, and have such a great attitude and smile on her face all the way through a hectic time of day that was near the end of her shift. She is clearly a hard working and dedicated young lady, and her customer service skills are outstanding.

If I order “TERIYAKI” chicken why in the world would I need to ask for “TERIYAKI” sauce!! Come on! The last time im going there because EVERY DAM time we go there they mess up our order and are so dam rude about it! Miss me with the attitude not driving 30 minutes to go back for a sauce that should have already been on my plate!

Ordered 2 bowls one with chowmien and honey walnut shrimp. It was not filled to its capacity and only got 5 shrimps. Mind you they chatge $1.50 extra for shrimp but yet it is not worth it. Always make sure to tell them to give you enough food to fill up the bowl.

I visited recently and ordered the biggest item on the list. The portion vary according to the person filling your order. The order before mine who was exactly identical to mine had double the amount of food. But it was prepared by a different person. And time of day if you go late night and they ran out of food the portions become very small . My luck was every item was almost out . So the portions were minimal the pepper steak was all vegetables no meat. Maybe it’s better to go in the morning when they have food. Even though I agreed to wait till they make more food they just gave me the remnant of what they had. I was very disappointed with the store.
