Never going back to this location again! The lady serving the food put so little food in the 2 boxes I got that I feel like I was ripped off. To make matters worse, I pay an extra $1.50 for the walnut shrimp just to go home and see the box filled halfway.

Just had a terrible meal from this location. Fried beef and fried chicken tough and rubbery, chow mien tasted old. We pick up from this location regularly and it has become very inconsistent as of late. We accept some variation in quality because of the business model, but this has become unbearable. You’ll either love it or not. Panda has always been my go to place for quick Chinese, and I pretty much order the same items each time. Beijing Beef, Red Pepper Chicken, and of course – Teriyaki Chicken. Served fast. Served hot. They can be a little stingy on condiments depending on who’s serving you.

Parking and entrance to this location is kind of annoying. I felt it wasn’t very easily accessible and honestly sort of confusing. When I arrived there was a few people inside and was a bit unorganized with some people trying to order by the check out or in a completely different line, but they weren’t being directed where to go instead they were just left standing there clueless. With that said I spent way to much time in there then I wanted. From start to finish it took me about 50 min just for a plate, to top it off it was missing one of my entrées, my favorite one at that. I love panda express but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I paid for my order. Didn’t receive the items. I got a plate with 1/2 fried rice. There was a homeless person outside the door with a dog. Someone bought him his meal and he was enjoying it. I actually paid full price without a discount or a handout and all I got was fried rice. This is a concern because 6 workers were there. A simple task they can’t complete. Thats what they serve! Stay out of this place, garbage, un sanitary. Food inspector , perfect location.

Manager is extremely rude. The portion size is pathetic. Half of my rice is missing. I got 3 pieces of orange chicken and half of my mushroom chicken was missing. Get a better attitude and learn how to put the food in the container… Not that hard.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Panda Express but I feel like this location is not delivering food quality as I would expect from Panda. I always liked fried rice and chow mein from panda. For some reason at this location neither chow mein or fried rice tasted flavorful as if they missed a key ingredients. I am disappointed and I hope this was a one time human error. Other than that the place seemed to be clean and tidy. Walnut shrimp was good as well.

Not sure what changed here but it is not good. I eat here alot won’t lie cheaper food and good portions normally.
Here is the butt, I oder from her atleast once a week. I telework some days so I order online and during a 30 minute lunch d4ive to pick it up, to come home to missing food or no chicken in the mushroom chicken or very little main dishes. Then just go oh well. But the last several times it’s gotten worse. Food missing. Tonight is Mothers Day so I thought lets order Panda get home and half my food is not there. Here is the kicker they were not that busy. Now don’t get me wrong the last time I could not drive back so they refunded me. Tonight, I did drive back and complain politely to face a 20 year old manager afraid in his eyes I would make a scene. All I said was I come here alot his staff there have seen me and asked him why what changed and his only response was short staffed. Again the place was slow only a few uber guys waiting for an order. If you made it this far then my suggestion check your orders before you walk out if you order online. I feel sorry for people who pay for Uber. Or just don’t go there.

This is my favorite chinese restaurant specially shrimp with nuts and brocolli chicken barbecue with teryaki sauce Fried rice is very good.
My family always eat panda Express here in Chico CA 2x a week, my husband always get bigger bigger plate cost $12 and share with because the serving is big. I Love Panda
