I found a hair in my food halfway through. No it’s not mine as I’m POC and this is NOT my hair type and it was buried under my noodles. I’m glad I already pick through my food from fear of getting sick because if I just ate normally I wouldn’t have noticed until it was in my mouth. Please invest in some hair nets.

Terrible service! Look at the video. Pay attention to Manager Bao. She refuses to pour drinks and asks for extra money for it. Guys, yours is like other Fontan restaurants, we want to get another one. This means I can add a drink. They decided, I ask for refund. They promised to call the manager I wait for 25 minutes, they did nothing. I am extremely disappointed in Panda Express with manager Bao. Such people should not work for you.

Worst customer service used to be a nice place to eat but not anymore super rude workers they were busy fighting each other rather than helping customers , I ordered mushroom chicken they, two of them whispered and mixed chicken teriyaki with my mushroom chicken totally different flavor and taste hate this place and the customer service.
