Other Panda Express have really fresh veggies, I got YELLOW broccolis and BLACK “greens”. So nasty! Ask for napkins they gave me one, no fortune cookie, what? The place was not even busy, make sure your avoid this specific Panda is nasty and service sucks.

Their staff under portion the plates. They are cheating customers out of their meals. Half scoops of everything may order. This is by far the worst Panda Express in my opinion. 1/10 for sure.

To be fair, I haven’t been to this Panda Express location in probably 3 years. So I dont know if this is normal for this location. But it was a very slow process to get our food. We waited in line for 20 minutes before finally getting up to the counter to order our food.

I got the famous orange chicken and it was really good. They also had a delicious fresh brewed tropical tea. Service was fast, the food was fresh, and it was very tasty. I hadn’t been to a Panda Express in years, but I’m glad I went to this one.

They are incredibly stingy and the portions are much smaller than most other Panda Expresses. If I’m ordering a lot of PREMIUM menu items and paying more, don’t be stingy and rude.

To go orders: they don’t put in chicken on noddles for the chow main. They’ve done this now for the 2nd time. Unfortunately, this is a place where you need to wait in line to actually get meat.

Im not usually one to complain, but when i walked in and was asked to require a mask i replied by explaining that placer county does not have a mask requirement rule or temporary law in place anymore. I also added that i was vaccinated. She ignored me and proceeded to say that there were masks behind me on the table. I even asked if she would take my order even if the order was to go. She said no. Until they change whatever company policy to have costumers wear masks i dont think ill ever return. I have had issues with their staff at that location in the past before for the simplest and bare minimum of costumer service. I barely go there because of this reason
