Lead Hill. This is not Panda Express quality at this location . The staff on the front line is very attentive and very professional. The cooks need some additional training. I know that most of the food is frozen and it’s just cooked to heat. But they overcook don’t have any taste that even it represents what it should be. My shrimp were dry and no flavor and no honey flavor and they’re small. The teriyaki chicken I do not know what or who cooked it or what was cooked with it but it was not even tasty. The store may need corporates attention to check out the food. I do recommend a surprise visit and do not let them know you’re there eat first. You will then see what I what I got how it tasted.

Juan! What great service from this gentlemen tonight. They were so busy and a customer literally got in line unprepared to order and taking orders on the phone while the line got longer and others were losing it. Juan was gracious and calm. Amazing! I Would’ve asked the customer to step out of line until ready. This young man is to be commended as are the other wait staff and Chefs at this location. Very professional and Grace under Christmas eve pressure. Merry Christmas and I hope you all have a well deserved day off.

It’s a typical Panda Express restaurant.When I went there, it was dinner time and there were about ten people waiting to order.But I ordered it online and specified a pick-up time, so the payment has already been made and I just need to pick it up.The employees were working efficiently.There was no one eating in the dining room, nor at the dining tables outside. Everyone was relaxing at home and enjoying their meal.The dining area was clean.The restaurants that are clean and efficient are the ones where you can eat with peace of mind.

Sometimes I just have the craving for chow mein. Then I get it talked with one of their specialties of the day. It’s always hot and fresh. The store in Roseville is always clean and tidy plus they open up at 9:30 in the morning which is great for me because I work graveyard so 9:30 a.m. is dinner time to me

I was just in there. I accidently said Honey Walnut Shrimp but then chainged it to Orange Chicken. The server looked at me annoyed and scooped the Honey Walnut Shrimp off of my plate and back into the tray. When I left (obviously disscusted) a worker came after me in the parking lot asking if I had another plate. No, I do not accept cross contamination, even if I initally misspeak.

Good food but bad management. This location is always understaffed and the workers are so busy you can barely get their attention when you need something. You’ll end up waiting 10 minutes just to pick up your mobile order that’s been ready the whole time. Staff some more workers Panda!

Food for the most part is consistent. The taste should be standardized when it comes to taste but i guess it Really comes down to the main cook. sometimes it is salty as heck, sometimes it is bland. Lol but this is on rotation for take outs. I always get the honey walnut and kung pao!!

Really wants some Chinese food today so I found the closest Panda Express to go. Nice and clean environment, have outside eating area. However, the lady helped me does not have friendly customer service and when I looked at my food portion it was less than usual. I get teriyaki chicken for one of my entree but the lady didn’t even offer me any sauce. I had to went back in line and ask for sauce. Not sure if I will go back again.
