I’m a fan of plates which is good for the price( 10 something); shrimp and beef are 1.25 on top of bawl price. IAN serve people friendly. Totally every thing is a kinda sweet which I’m not a fan. I go there again and chose spicy one this time, just wanna say it’s more than spicy, too hot to me.

Google says this location opens at 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9:35 with our three children, but the doors were locked. The staff inside clearly saw us waiting, but no one acknowledged us or opened the door. We sat at an outside table and waited another 15 minutes — still nothing. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially with small kids. If the hours have changed, they should update them online.

The customer service at this establishment was lacking. The employees appeared to be disinterested and irritated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers. The food also did not meet the standards of other Panda Express restaurants, with an unusual aftertaste. As a former employee of Panda Express, I understand the importance of greeting customers with a smile and being courteous, which was not the case at this location. The overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect the usual standards of the restaurant chain.

Past few times they have forgotten to add a few things we have ordered. Not big deal but had to turn around once I checked the bag. Now make a habit of checking what we get before I leave.

**Update since
Has visited a dozen times since and not a issue.
Maybe new manager or something but definitely improved over 6 months.

Ordered to go for a plate. Got a bowl instead. Called Anna from Panda at 13:28

Anna: “Can you just comeback here”
Me: It is a 20min drive, can you just refund what was not given (just the difference)
Anna: “I have a long line here, can you just call later”

See picture below and clearly it is for a bowl and not plate. We sounded like we are the inconvenience to her.

Horrible experience today with a young woman employee working the entrees and a older woman, Paty. I got three plates to go along with two small entrees. I wanted to pay for each separately: one plate (chow Mein and rice, honey walnut and teriyaki), another plate with the side small entree, and the last plate with the small entree. I tell the lady to ring up the entire plate with the chow mein, rice, honey Walnut, and teriyaki separately because it was for a coworker (so he gave cash to pay separately). She just rings up the teriyaki by itself and then wants me to pay again for the plate. The young woman comes over to help her out and attacks me with “technical terms”. I told her it wasn’t complicated. I provided a picture of the “to-go plate” which has the double chow mein or half and half with two entrees inside of it. I told her that was a plate and I wanted every plate to be separate because it was for myself and two other coworkers. They complicated the situation and make me feel really uncomfortable that I was almost at the point of walking out because of how frustrating it was. I’ve been eating at Panda Express since a little child (meaning one or twice every other month or rarely), and I’ve never had a horrible customer experience like this before. I’ve been to this exact location several times and yet nothing like this has ever happened. I’ve told them in the past I wanted the plates to be separated and they understood it without any questions or concerns. I understand the other young woman was trying to explain the explanation, but she doesn’t need to attack me and make me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Honest review, this happened on 10/19/18 around 11:20am.

I just went to this location and when I got my order O checked it for accuracy to find out this miserable portion of teriyaki chicken. The manager, who also served my order, told me that it was the “right portion”. I have been in many locations including this one and I never got this type of portion.
