Passed by here earlier this afternoon. I went here with My Father. This is My first time eating at Thunder Valley Casino Resort. I have never eaten at a casino before. The service was good. I ordered a Plate with fried rice, regular orange chicken, and grilled teriyaki chicken. My Father ordered a Plate with fried rice as well, spicy orange chicken, and beef broccoli. I also ordered two large drinks, one cherry coke and a regular coke. I was amazed to see a food court at a casino.

I had to wait for so long on the line to be help because of they were short Staff or there are only two people are only working in the front. It’s just because the company s to save money on the labor. But they don’t realize customer can’t lose their patient because they are wasting their time and energy. Google said you were open til 3am so I go at 1020 and the sign says you close at 1030 but noone there to take my order. There were ppl inside who didn’t even acknowledge i was there in the drive thru. That crap when your hungry. Went home too pissed to even eat. Terrible customer service. And the worst part is google said they verified that just 11 weeks ago.

I was just here to have dinner with my husband so we had both gotten a plate . I had the orange chicken, steak with green beans and chow mein . Overall, the food didn’t taste BAD but 4 hours later I wake up to food poisoning with throwing up multiple times and other symptoms (etc)… i will never eat panda again

I got two plates with orange chicken and Cho Mein 10 out of 10. I also tried Apple pie rolls I highly recommend everyone trying this item you won’t regret it. I also ordered 3 chicken egg rolls but I only received two other than that the egg rolls were great.

Food sits too long especially the veg greens- also every time they short you coins. A lot of the time I say donate but last few times I didn’t & the incorrect change comes out – only pennies and they never make it right. I won’t be going back! Shame on Thunder Valley. It’s the principle

I have been extremely ill after eating food from this unsanitary chain in the Thunder Valley Casino in California. The pack line where the food is was a mess and foods were everywhere, definitely cross contaminated, but I decided to just go with it because the line was way shorter than anything else. I ate at about 1 am. I ordered Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp. I went to bed around 2am and woke up at 8am profusely sweating and had an extreme upset stomach. I had a 4 hour car ride back home to Oregon in which we had to stop 6 times so I could vomit/use the toilet. I went to a doctor today as I am still having violent diarrhea and vomiting and I was confirmed/diagnosed with food poisoning. Next step
Is a lawsuit!!!
