It’s like a cheap and tasty McDonald’s. What more can you expect?
The taste is decent for the price, and the portions are reasonable.
Even though there were more than five employees, the work was still too slow.

I am a DoorDash driver and I’ve had multiple issues picking up orders from this Panda Express location. Orders are consistently not ready on time, even when I arrive. This causes delays and sometimes forces me to cancel the order, which affects my ratings and earnings. I hope the management can improve preparation times and communication for pickup orders.

We’ve been eating at this Panda Express 2-3 times a month for almost a year. Food is consistently great & service can be…most of the time. Tonight the team was top-notch & Meredith was a star! She was friendly, welcoming & really quick in getting our order ready. Wish she was there every time we came in!

Stood in line for 30 minutes and watched as the employee pretended to give everyone 2 scoops of each ingredient but really the first scoop was empty every single time. It was like she had a tick or something. I got 7 pieces of orange chicken on my “big plate”

I’ve been coming to the Folsom Panda Express for over 10 years, and it’s always been amazing! The food is fresh, flavorful, and packed with care every single time. The customer service here is outstanding the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. After all these years, they’ve never disappointed me. This will always be my go-to Panda Express, and I’ll keep coming back for many more years!

The containers are smaller, they barely put any food in each part of it. Why not over fill it? The prices increased again. $13 plus for a bigger plate with taxes. I am done eating here.

Came here on a weekday lunch. The lines were long, but I can deal with that. Waited about 15 mins to get my food.
But I was shocked at how little food they give on my plate now.
Sad to see how far they have fallen, and how they decide to give you only half portions now.
The Orange Chicken only has one large piece, everything else is like bits and pieces of deep fried batter.
The Beijing Beef is half of a scoop of what it used to be.
Not coming back to this location ever again.

10/10 love panda I don’t think you can ever go wrong with there orange chicken or teriyaki chicken with some noodles. But the fortune cookies are definitely the best tasting thing on there menu.

I ordered the sirloin beef with mushroom I literally got one mushroom one piece of broccoli and I can’t chew the steak it’s so gristly.
The orange chicken is so damn hot I can’t even eat it.
I’m big piano fan but this was truly the worst panda I’ve ever had.

Panda is Panda. They crank out a ton of food in a short amount of time. Not so sure that it is authentic Chinese food but you can always count on them serving you the same product every time. Where other restaurants will start serving smaller amounts or maybe cut back on the amount of chicken, shrimp, steak, whatever they have in a particular dish and then look at you like you’re too stupid to realize what they did you can count on always getting the same exact dish that you got a year ago. Definitely a fast-paced environment. High employee turnover.
