Ordered here by accident instead of the Santa Rosa avenue location. Absolutely terrible food quality and portion size was shockingly small. Chow mein was hard and dry; orange chicken was gross, broccoli and beef was like eating a tire. And they shorted me my chicken egg rolls. Never said thanks or smiled. Just handed me a bag and turned around to go back on their phone.

Food isn’t that good here, this location is only meant for a quick snack and not for lunch, especially not dinner. There’s always long lines and wait times for the food you want and it seems they are very short staffed or is taking their time.

The service behind the counter was dull and dismal. Food was slapped into to-go containers with haste and hatred. Customers here looked stressed after being hustled down the food line, a lady dropped coins and receipts from her purse as she was hurried to pay. She had directly absorbed the negativity from the workers who looked like they hated every part of the job, flustered she left with words of scorn begging to be set free from her mouth.
Even employees at McDonald’s are able to put on a smile and a bit of cheer when serving customers. There wasn’t even a line up just three people behind me. Wake up and cut the attitude.

The food used to be good, now it is fried corn starch on everything some way overcooked like hard little beef briquets. Served with the most obnoxious kiddy pop music at full blast right over your head. My stomach hurt after eating this stuff.

The short girl working there was very nice had everything done and in a bag in less than a minuet. The food was definitely worth 9$. This place doesn’t seem like it deserves three stars ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Usually go to the Panda Express on Santa Rosa Ave, by Target. The portians are just okay. Went to the one in in the mall downtown, on the second floor food court. For $8.20 plus tax I order the 1 entrua & 2 side meal. I couldn’t believe the measly portions they dished out. Like 2 spoonfuls of mushroom chicken, fried rice that tasted burnt from overcooking and 3 potstickers that were so dry and hard you couldn’t fully chew them. I will never go to this location again. For the prices Panda Express charges your way better of going to a Chinese restaurant. Nice portions, reasonable price. Thumbs down for Panda Express.

Well I have been waiting for 21 minutes and counting. Now they keep telling me 5 minutes. If you say you open at 10 you should be ready at that time not telling me that I should come back at 1030. If these people can’t get it done by the appointed time get the people that can. Plain and simple.

come here often to keep giving them a try they always skimp on the meat portions of the meals… Not sure why if I’m throwing down 16.00 for food I expect more than 3 pieces of meat always overloaded with chow mein or fried rice. Why do I keep coming here???

Got a small teriyaki chicken entree, the chicken was already precut in the steamer. I didn’t think about it until I was eating it, the texture was off. More than likely it was at least a day old reheated chicken. Ended up with food poisoning today.

Quality of the food was good. However, the temperature left a great deal to be desired. I have never before experienced luke warm food from Panda Express before.
