I was in and out pretty quickly. I really liked their honey walnut shrimp. Though they only gave me half a spoon full. The chow mein wasn’t very good and they gave me a ton of that. It comes out to a little over $10 for a bowl.

When a customer shows up 10 minutes until you close and asks if you guys still have decent food… it’s because of this. The broccoli looked like it was grown during a drought the kales fate was rough too.

The chow mein was chewy and even though time entrees were close to par, the side dishes were so bad I didn’t even want too eat it.

Next time someone asks if you’re still open and the foods like this… just say no.

The service was great. I like watching the recipes of the food on the television so you know the food is fresh. The restraunt is an open concept which feels inviting. Giving samples of the food is a great. If they don’t have a food item on the line they are quick to make it for you. My childern love the rice and chow mein. I enjoyed the chinese photos and decor.

So you spend $40 on mostly rice and noodles and politely ask for more sweet and sour sauce and she hands you 3 more, and says there’s 4. So basically 1 half full capful for each large item, hmmm, can’t see anything wrong with that. My friend thinks Panda really sucks as of lately…

Ordered panda bowl: Steamed rice with Almond Chicken. I wished they are consistent on how much chicken they put in the bowl. Plus they couldn’t find my online order even though it was the only bag on the online pick up rack. I had to ask the guy who just came back from his break if he can grab my order.

They never have food made, always empty or almost empty old trays. This was the orange chicken at lunchtime with no one present. The lady manager isn’t nice to her employees either and scolds them in front of customers.

No beef on my broccoli beef, and portions like always getting smaller. Sad since food places are the once making at least some money, if not most

Seems the cost of the food is coming out of the worker’s paychecks. Skimping on portions. Teriyaki chicken and no teriyaki saice!! This place is going downhill.

They close at 8:25, not 9pm. I understand wanting to go home, but the pans look WELL DONE and employees unhelpful.

Made a pick up order to have it available by 7:20PM. I get a text at 7:17PM stating my order is ready for pick up. I get there at 7:19PM and i was told there’s a wait still. I’m waiting around for my order and there’s people coming into the store, getting their plates while I’m waiting around for mine. The whole point of ordering online is to have the convenience of just going in and picking up at the stated time rather than waiting around. I wasn’t able to get my food until 15 minutes after the stated time. Other customers waiting around as well that made pick up orders. Bad experience just to have the location have their metrics look well with corporate with making it seem like they complete orders faster.
