The person in front of me asked for an item and after 5 minutes holding up the line was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes he left. I started to order and after putting chow mein and rice in the take out container I went down the line to see what else I wanted and they had the food lined and I asked about an item and was told it would be 20 – 3O minutes and as I looked further 90 percent of the bowls of food were empty so I told her never mind and she said I already put the items in the to go box and I could have that and I said never mind and walk out. It was just before the dinner rush, how could you not have everything ready.

The food has gone downhill.I understand inflation but the portion size has changed significantly and the orange chicken has no orange flavor at all, the chicken is dry and just breaded, actually all bread no chicken. It used to have that almost a sliminess with all of the marinade and was so good. To bad they are going to loose business making drastic changes. As far as the establishment itself the staff is always amazing and helpful. They are quick to get the consumer any and everything you need. I hope they bring the good food back again!

This is a very busy establishment. I have never had any Panda count the amount of shrimp for a plate. She said 5 and she only gave 5 shrimp. They skimped on my Goddaughters plate as well. It was an okay visit but I will not return to this location.

This Panda Express is located right off Pacific Avenue at the Best Buy entrance to Sherwood Mall. It was pretty busy with a line to the door. Employees were very nice & pleasantly helpful. Food pretty good.

Everytime I come here it’s not stocked with or entrees/sides The food portion is way under my price value and they act like mean lunch lady’s holding back on my scoop portions not to mention the other night the worker was mopping and I stated they are a multi million dollar company they should not be handling it accordingly and all he stated was leave a bad review maybe they’ll get to it Great customer service if you ask me tho right!!!!!

The food was decent. Only came because the place I wanted to go to was closed. The food was decent, restaurant was clean, and the service was good despite the place being crowded for the dinner rush. Got the String Beans w/ Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. Not my first pick, but edible and satisfying.

I recently ate here on my lunch break and found a maggot in my angus steak. I’m never one to complain or make a scene but something is rotting in there and when there is one maggot there is multiple. I was not given a refund until I demanded one just a free meal my next visit. Do better !
