Got sick there from their food. Contacted them for response was ignored. Made my own orange chicken that’s cheaper and healthier and tastier. I will not be giving my money to a chain that doesn’t take responsibility for their actions.

Cold food because they boxed it all up and then made us wait over 15 minutes for them to make fried rice. Not impressed at all almost all of the entrees were empty when we showed up. The fried rice had many large chunks of brown rice and was obviously rushed when cooking. Maybe l don’t understand but since when did Chinese restaurants start putting the main entree in the sides part of the plate 80% of the meal was rice.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I got sick after eating here. We paid $50 and the food was terrible and not even hot. The orange chicken tatsted stale and felt chewy (my jaw started to hurt after a few pieces), the fried rice had 0 flavor and was on the same level as cafeteria food. My friend even found a hair in his food! The service was terrible on top of it all. We were waiting for ever to get out food and when I went up and asked about it it was over one item we ordered not being in stock. Not once did a worker come and as if we would like to replace it, we had to be the ones to ask after waiting 30min for it. Tldr, everything about this panda sucks

They take a very long time to give you your food! My food was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5:40 I ended up getting my mobile order at 6:30 yesterday. Very bad management everyone seems to be doing their own thing workers aren’t organized at all. Avoid this place.

The food has gotten bad here I use to love orange but it is always hard as a rock it’s really disappointing since it is not cheap. The almond and spicy shrimp is also undercooked. This place is super packed be ready to wait long time to get wrong food. I ordered the food, waited 15 min for the meals to get ready and then they gave me totally wrong food, which I discovered at home . Drove back to their location. They gave me new food. Zero apology. I wish the customer service in Watsonville was better.

We bought 6 plates and very under portioned , we come regularly, called and was told no maneger was on site , not the first time either very disappointed! The person who answered also said were supposed to tell the employee ??? that shouldn’t be our job to tell an employee. I understand the person is new but there should be someone with him training him.

Workers were nice and moved the line along smoothly, but I have NEVER been to a Panda Express where they forget to add a both entrees to my plate. I’m severely disappointed because I can’t go back and get it fixed due to my lunch break limiting my time. Not sure if I’ll be coming back to this one.

Quality has increased although the ICE maker machine needs service! This place is like MCD and the joke of their broken ice cream machine. Service the machine! Call a professional. Replace the terrible ice maker! *Update* they straight up don’t want to make ice! Image attached. Update changing the atmosphere to one star hot af no air conditioning and no shrimp.
