The food here is similar to any other Panda Express, but the portions are smaller and pricier than the location just 6 minutes away (outside the park). The dining plan offers a bowl with one entrée and a side. While portion sizes can vary, vegetarians can ask for a full side portion. It’s a decent option, though lines are usually long at night.

Decent Typical Chinese American Food, I got Half-&-Half Chow Mein, Fried Rice, with Orange Chicken, and Beef Broccoli. Price is Justified for being in an Amusement Park. Wait Time varies but for me I waited about 10-15 minutes with my friends.

The service is good for a restaurant in an amusement park. They have limited entrees(4 different kinds) and they DO NOT supply you with the same amount of food as a regular location. The prices are also higher than out of theme park locations.

Good food and good service . Now the food servings unsatisfactory When you pay for a regular plate and they give you literally half the amount. Do not use your season dinning pass unless you want to get the smallest Panda Express you have ever seen .
If we’re ever served this portions at any other location you have to request to talk to their manager in charge.

The bowl that comes with the season meal is getting smaller and smaller. Now they only give you like 3 bites of noodles and 4 pieces of meat

Service was good, prices were a bit steep, and the portions were not what you get at other Panda’s. In fact, the Panda at Knott’s even serves larger portions. If you’re in the mood to save money, go to Subway directly across the street. If you have a hankering for Orange Chicken, then you gotta get it here! Food was good quality, and fresh.

I asked for different sizing bowls and was not willing to sell but the lady had said yes to bowls but then changed it to only a very small size carton entrees box. So I settled with a plate instead of a bowl! And the portions for a plate are not what you would expect from a regular Panda Express restaurant. I had seen people get bowls sizing of plates! This was so rude to not sell us the bowls but instead insisted on a plate because the line was getting long!! The cashier seemed to get frustrated. Also just FYI the people I saw eating that had 3 bowls of plates were Asian. IDK if it had to do with me not being Asian but Mexican. This was just rude! And prices are not worth it for the portions you are getting. I would give 0 starts but unfortunately, I can’t.

I visited them on 06/17/2023 at about 4 pm and was very dissatisfied (I bought myself and my family members – my wife, daughter): everything is much more expensive than usual, while at the checkout the girl didn’t give me: I don’t have a Golden Ticket 10% discount park, nor the 25% discount (I had) from my app on my phone, from their Panda Express discount network. Duvushka argued that discounts were denied by the fact that their scanner at the checkout allegedly did not want to scan it, although everything worked with my discounts at other outlets. Wasn’t worth the money I spent (very expensive) and how they treated me, their service there. And there are very few tables nearby, I had to go further to eat with my family. Spoiled the mood of all this very much.

Tooooooo expensive. I think they’re taking advantage of the place they sell at Great America most is 13.10 and some is 15.10 not worth the price but it’s the only good food there in my opinion there’s also long lines and usually people with friends will let them go behind them just not fair and the portions are small and average plate would cost about 9.50 at a real Panda Express but this one is just way too much

The food is always good, but the one thing is that they give the people who actually PAY SO MUCH MORE. Chinese workers are just selfish. They give you the tiniest bowl for dining pass.
One time I was carrying an empty red paper cup that originally cannot be refilled. One of the workers said to me hey uhh by the way you can’t refill that. I said I know because I was just going to throw that away anyways. BUT EVEN IF I DIDNT WANT TO TGROW IT AWAY, DOES THAT RED COCA COLA CUP EVEN LOOK LIKE A REFILLABLE CUP TO YOU?
So greedy and also dumb
It’s not worth it, there’s a panda express literally 5 minutes away in Santa Clara, just go there, they even allowed our swimsuits in because we wanted to go to the water park but it was closed.
If you are craving for panda, eat there then come to great America, or else just use your dining pass on Maggie’s chicken because the servinga they give are so much more
