A small restaurant located inside the valley fair food court. While the food is great I think the online ordering pick up process is a little messy. There is no line or area for customer to pick up the order. When the in person line is busy the cashier sometimes ignore your request to pick up the food for the online order for 5-10 mins. I would not recommend ordering online to pick up at this location.

quick easy convenient. Minh did not skimp on the meats. offered very good customer service and made me feel heard. Tram wiped my drink so that the outside was not sticky and wet when the soda overflowed. food was much better, well seasoned, and cooked well compared to other locations. very impressed today.

This server was incredibly rude and downright disrespectful. She was an elderly Asian woman. When I ordered today and asked for a “Plate,” she responded with, “What are you saying?” Thinking she might not have heard me clearly, I repeated myself. Then she flat-out said, “We don’t have ‘plate’—we only have ‘plate’.” That’s right—she was mocking my pronunciation! This is straight-up discrimination!

First of all I don’t know if the person who attended me is like that but She treated me badly, her way of asking me was rude and then she made the wrong request, a boy checked if it was mine and then he realized that it was wrong. As they stamp the order I ordered Pickup and when I arrived at my apartment I found that they didn’t add the honey chicken. honestly the flavor is good I give it an 8 out of 10 but the way the lady attended me and the one that has been missing 1 item I give you 2 of 5

If u want to get skimped on food come here! I ordered the family meal, she didn’t fill up the shrimp side because it’s seafood??? AND? I’m paying for it! The manager got called & she gave me ONE MORE SHRIMP. There was NO RICE @ first she said it’ll be ready in 7 min then she came back & said oh I’m sorry! There’s no rice anymore. EXCUSE ME?! IM BAFFLED they treated me like this infront of my children & customers! I will be contacting HR because this is unacceptable. It wasn’t the first time they did this to me!

Margaret is so friendly and professional very friendly . tam has a positive attitude very kind and organized and Luis prepared great flavourful meals at the store, the place itself is small but ultra clean and organize with a positive vibe they definitely deserve a good salary and a great recognition. I had a similar experience as Rich. Watch out for the short older Asian woman. I’m sure she’s the one who Rich said “raised a hand” at him.
Anyway I ordered a plate via mobile. On the app it says “Go to the cashier and SAY you have a mobile order for (your name).” Well I do just that and the older Asian insists I show my phone, so I do. I even show you a preview of the text message they send when your order is ready.
At this point she tried grabbing my phone and touch it so she could see the entire text message. She kept saying “people try to come back! I have to see your phone!” I told her repeatedly my name and even pointed to the bag that was my order on their pick up ledge.
Finally another female employee came over and grabbed my orders simply confirmed my name and last four digits of my phone number and handed me the bag. No need to touch my phone or ask to see it. Unfortunately by this time the old woman had already done the damage.
Won’t be back to this location. A customer who orders from here weekly. Not anymore. Good riddance.
