Hands down one of the best Panda I have visited & i wil for sure make the drive to hit this one – The manager helped me & I feel terrible I forgot his name , Maria also ! The place was fully stocked at dinner time , thr food was not old , stirring for hours – They places a hot shrimp in my sons meal to try & that will be on his next order – so many Panda’s are just gross , they don’t cook food after the hour before they close – the line looks unappetizing – this was such a great experience v CLEAN – love the enthusiasm “ would

My husband and I were ordering the food and this staff woman got confused and she put the wrong order in my plate and insisted that I ordered the same thing as my husband. I complained of wrong order and she just got mad. You should listen to the customer more carefully and be more kind to customers otherwise you lose the customer.

If this the last place in world to take out I’ll consider it! We love Panda Express but the Cochrane location just is a bad experience. Past 3 times we ordered online we had to wait 20-30 min after our pick up time! They don’t even realize there is an online order!! First time we let it go, second time we called customer service and they sent us a meal pass, third time again we were like ok it’s busy lunch time, things happen. This time was ridiculous!! Sent my daughter to pick up order and when she reached there they told her that the place is under renovation so they forwarded the order to Tenant branch!!! I was so upset! Shouldn’t they have called us to inform as soon as we placed the order? Our guests were coming at 12 and order pick up time was 11:30. I placed the order at 10:30 to give them ample notice!

Purchased 2 kids meals, cashier asked what kind of drink I wanted. I chose the small sodas. Went to fill my cups and another Panda Express associate approached me and said those cups are only for water. I told her i paid for this and cashier asked what drink i wanted. Her response was ill let it slide this time. Real funny because u lost a customer. I paid and u thought it was necessary to reprimand me an adult. Then a nosy customer got involved. This is it. Time and time again Panda Express disappoints me as their associates dont have any customer service skills.

Don’t get me wrong, food is good, just about as good as any other PE we’ve been to; however, their customer service and store cleanliness needs improvement.
I understand how popular menu items sell fast and the time it takes to prep the next batch, but when there is a line to the door and you are low on items, common sense would tell you (the server) that the cook should be informed to make more before running completely out. This person should not wait until they serve the last of the items and then tell the cook they are out when a customer requests said items. Also, their portion size is not at all the same as all other PE franchises. They serve two scoops of rice/chow main on your plate, and only one scoop of the entree items regardless if items fall off the spoon (most stores serve about two scoops).
The men’s bathroom was out of order (apparently it’s been out for a while), and I understand that people need to use the facilities, but men were walking in the women’s restroom and it was awkward to say the least when coming out of a stall. When I brought it up, the girl just shrugged her shoulders.
First and last time I will use this particular restaurant. I’ll take any other PE or gas station as our pit stop.

I sat down to eat and I could not finish my meal. Everything had a burnt taste. Some of the other customers around me were saying the same thing. I threw mine away and I left. I have dined here often. I’m not from the area. I stopped down the street for work once in awhile. They must have had a bad day
