Usually get the orange chicken which is typically good. However trying to eat less fried foods. The second time getting chicken teriyaki and it is so awful. Like chewy and sketchy I was hoping for a quick and easy way to eat healthier food when in a pinch. This is a no go.

Panda is average but the parking is awful. It just got even worse with over half the lot full of parking for the new restaurant in the other complex that people are walking to. This place must lose out on so many people eating here because the parking is non-existent. I have about a 50% success rate of eating here when I want to eat here – even at off hours.

First time visiting this Panda Express location. It has the typical Panda Express food. However, I won’t return here as they filled the plate with noodle and rice while the serving portion of the main items (much) smaller than other locations. It was about 1/2 to 2/3 full of their measuring scoop where some other locations would be 2x of that overflowing the scoop. Either the apparent increase in price from inflation and other factors was insufficient, or the mode of operation is not conducive to the cultural characteristics of Chinese food – good food, ample portion, and value!

Staff are friendly and helpful, I have been a customer since early 2023. Even new staff members are very patient with difficult and demanding customers. I witnessed it myself at one incident on October 16 2025 when a female staff member named Regina and another teammate handled an aggressive female customers. They gave her extra food and kept calm even though in my view, the attitude of the guest is very unnecessary angry.

I paid for a plate with orange chicken among other items and they had forgot my orange chicken. This was not a busy time for them. I got home and attempted to call this specific restaurant multiple times but they immediately hung up half the times or seemed to be unable to hear me the other times (I tried with multiple phones). Very disappointed in this quality of service and this is not an isolated incident when I’ve experienced bad service from this panda express in particular.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered at the wrong Stevens Creek location. The manager gave me customer service number,I called and got a refund. Yay! I then ordered my yummy meal..Chow mein,beef broccoli and orange chicken. I thanked them so much. Home enjoying my yummy Panda Express before 8.30 pm. Very close by. Thank you so much!!

They close at 9pm, but at 8:20 they’ve got almost no food left. I understand not wanting the food to go to waste, but going to a restaurant to see only shriveled remainders of the food in the pans is pretty bad.
Update: we tried again tonight at 7:00, and this picture is an order of their sesame chicken. We just opened it, and it’s only about 2/3 full.
