The manager Javier went out of his way to make sure you help me at 9:59 PM. Most companies would be closing cause they’re closed at 10 PM and I want anybody through the door. He was amazing Angelica she helped out with no questions asked and so did Annabella. I have to have all three of these people Credit. They were amazing and I work in the shopping center, so I come here 2 days a week. If you want a great service and people actually who care about the quality of the food, which is phenomenal by the way, come to this location

Only one server, three people making food, and one gal changing out garbage/cleaning. Waiting 15 minutes in line just to get to the front. One of the food options was not ready so the gal asked if we wanted our food rung up and she would bring it out when ready. We waited for 15 more minutes as she was the only one preparing dishes and didn’t complete our order even with the item we were missing now full again. I went up to the front and asked what was going on and she didn’t apologize or say any words, just handed the food in a to-go bag over the counter and walked away to continue filling orders. I had to grab her again to get chopsticks in which she pointed by the register and said “go ahead and grab them they are by the register.” Not going to be a customer here unfortunately.

I’ve tried Panda Expresses from LA to Nevada, and none of them have had worse customer service than this one. I ordered the walnut honey shrimp, and only got 5 pieces even though they still charge $1.50 extra. The staff are brainless and rude. Never coming back here.

Stay Away Unless You Have Great Health Insurance
On May 8th around lunchtime, we ordered takeout from Panda Express in Petaluma. Within just a few hours, every one of us who ate the food got violently sick — it was coming out of both ends, and it was brutal. My 3-year-old woke up from his nap drenched in sweat. The only one in our family who didn’t get sick was my daughter — the only one who didn’t eat the Panda Express.
We went to Kaiser and were told it was food poisoning. Thankfully we’re okay now, but it was a scary experience, especially with little kids involved.
I get that we can’t “prove” anything in court, and Panda Express has lawyers ready to say it could’ve been something else — but this review isn’t about winning a lawsuit. It’s about warning others. If this helps one family avoid a horrible day (and potential medical bills), then it’s worth sharing.
Eat somewhere else. It’s not worth the risk.

Serious Food Safety Concerns
We picked up lunch from the Panda Express in Petaluma on May 8th. A few hours later, everyone who ate it became extremely sick. It hit hard — vomiting, diarrhea, and intense discomfort. Even our 3-year-old ended up sweating through his nap. The only member of our household who didn’t eat the food was the only one who stayed healthy.
We had to visit Kaiser, where we were diagnosed with food poisoning. Thankfully we’ve recovered, but it was a rough day for our whole family — and one that could’ve been avoided.
Something’s not right with this location. It seriously needs to be looked at by the local health department. Whether it was improper storage, cross-contamination, or something else, it’s a health risk.
If you’re thinking of eating here, think twice — especially if you don’t want to gamble with your health or your kids’ well-being.

I got extremely sick shortly after eating at this Panda Express location. It was bad enough that I sought medical attention and was told it was food poisoning.
I’ve reported this incident to the local health authorities because it’s not something to take lightly. Hopefully, they investigate and make sure food safety standards are being followed.
If you’re thinking of eating here, proceed with caution. Your health may not be worth the risk.
