I walked in and stood at the register without anyone acknowledging me or offering help. The staff focused on online orders, and a customer who arrived after me was helped first. This was very disappointing and made me feel ignored. I won’t be returning to this location due to poor customer service. I just wanted to eat something but I just ended up leaving with nothing!!!!!!!

Ordered a 2 items plate for take-out at 11:30am, they put lumpy, lukewarm and dry old steamed rice in my plate, which made the entire dining experience disappointing.
My suspicion is that they mixed leftover rice with freshly cooked rice but did a poor job mixing and reheating

Very greedy approach to cooking and serving food. I ordered eggplant tofu. There were just two pieces of tofu and all eggplant. Eggplant was cut too thick, it was raw, and inedible. Look at the pictures. Is this how panda express food look like in advertising videos?? Sham!
Why so much greed to fill bowl with large pieces that you don’t care someone is going to eat it? Such a waste of money and time.

I really cannot stress enough how stingy these people are. I ordered black angus stake and they only provide pure veggies and one piece of steak I repeat ONE piece. I hardly ever come to this panda just because every time you ask for something it seems like you are asking for something out of their service. You can order 4 plates of food and they will only provide you with 2 hot sauces and don’t you dare ask for more. This place never fails to disappoint. Do yourself a favor and visit another Panda location.

Hey Lovely customer They keep making smaller the panda express plates and the spoons. They put less portion. It’s not enough for one person anymore.I used to spend $11:89 get full plates nowadays I spent $30 It is barely enough for one person specially for me , And I see a lot of changes on their plates And also what they are a spoons they put less on the plates. It’s not enough and they are scamming day by day. They make smaller the plates under spoons as well they are tracking the people. I don’t recommend anyone to go there panda express anymore .

There’s a weird vibe here… Watch the interaction between the employees…. Something’s wrong. Careful, they upsell and overcharge here. Ordered the plate, charged me for the bigger plate. Went back after I sat down and reviewed the receipt, went back to the counter and the server who spoke very poor English couldn’t explain the order so she called her supervisor who tried to offer a weak explanation that didn’t make sense. I was too hungry and tired to deal with their bs, so I sat down and chose to write this honest, straightforward review. Food is ok, not good but in a pinch better than other fast food.

I swear this place gave me food poisoning. Ordered half chow mein and rice and the chow mein noodles weren’t even cooked. I sorted out what I thought could be salvaged out of meal for lunch and preceded to have episodes of exploding diarrhea and spent all night with the worst stomach ache. I couldn’t figure out if I wanted throw up or crawl in a corner and die after eating this garbage.

This location is going downhill, the food is not fresh anymore. Seems like they make big batches and keep it in the hot box. Sesame chicken is too sweet and very soggy, not crispy how you expect it to be. Seen them put out string bean chicken which seems like it’s been sitting for more than 2 hours. Beijing beef is way to sweet/soggy and not crispy it’s like they make big batches and let it sit. Beef broccoli is dry and does not look appetizing, it’s all broccoli and barely any meat.Teriyaki chicken is undercooked and slimey. Orange chicken is also soggy and does not taste like Orange chicken at all, has a sour vinegar after taste it’s definitely does not taste Orange. Asian lady always giving bad portions and bad attitude to loyal customers who have been coming here nearly 5+ years. Highly recommend driving extra 5mins to the Newark location, their food is cooked the correct way and is always fresh because they cook it on demand.
