Panda Express continues to be a go-to spot for quick, American Chinese food, and my recent experience highlighted a few pleasant surprises that set this location apart. One of the most notable aspects was the freshness of the food. Despite being a fast-casual chain, the entrees—especially the Orange Chicken and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken—were served hot. What really stood out was the customer service during busy hours. When I had to wait longer than expected for my order, the staff offered a free drink as a courtesy. Overall, Panda Express delivers on its promise of fast, flavorful, and fresh American Chinese cuisine. The added perks of free drinks or soup when wait times run long demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction that elevates the experience. While it may not rival your favorite local Chinese spot in authenticity or variety, it’s a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal—with a few sweet surprises along the way

I ordered a drink of Coca Cola, it tastes like water!
They serve less bowl food. The service was terrible! At the cashier, she kept insisting I’d paid, and when I said “Just a second, I’am check something,” she made me wait at the cashier for 5 minutes. Her name Jane Mariel

Got home and got the wrong stuff. My husband ordered fried rice with teriyaki chicken and received a chow mein bowl instead. I ordered the chow mein plate with king pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp, paid extra for shrimp just to get broccoli and beef instead.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get peoples ordered right especially for things they pay extra.

The food was hot and great, I do suggest adding a little hot mustard, soy sauce, and hot sauce. The staff were great. They did a temperature test of all the food while we were eating and recording the temperatures (they care about the food). The bathroom was clean. The Coke machine was properly.

The cashier was in a bad mood and very rude, and she gave me the most expensive food; she didn’t respect the price. So the cashier was the one who served us from beginning to end.

Panda Express is pretty consistent among all of their locations. Food is pretty good, reliable, and usually served quickly.

The place is nice and the employees are friendly. But when it comes to the food portions, they’re not very fair. If what you ordered is running out at the bar, the portion served is very small. ☹️

I’m in Fremont for work and craving Chinese food closest place around Panda Express on Osgood so I go in and look at the menu and there’s brand new steak and shrimp firecracker entree…. Sounds delicious but not sure if it is delicious so I asked about the sauce and I asked if I may try just a little taste of the sauce maybe a green bean something very small I DIDN’T ASK FOR A FREAKING STEAK OR SHRIMP I ASKED FOR A LITTLE PORTION OF A VEGETABLE JUST SO I COULD TASTE THE SAUCE BEFORE I ORDERED… They tell me no they can’t let me taste it they don’t give out samples. I said okay and if I order it and I don’t like it? The clerk just rolled his eyes at me said yeah we could probably trade it for something now why would I want to WASTEmy time ??? I I I mean really I’m supposed to order it have it packaged up pay for it go sit down taste it and decided I like it what a freaking crack worst customer service ever no wonder the place was empty… I walked out..

A Panda Express like the many others but the staff is great. Friendly and quick.
Well managed restaurant.
Would love more vegetables on the menu, but they probably know their customer tastes.
