Got another panda express in redwood coty as I had some work around there.

Their food is good and their staff are friendly. This place gets quite busy regularly, and they typically serve online orders and door dash orders before those in line. It’s a pretty standard Panda Express experience with all the dishes you’re accustomed to, but the wait times can deter some.

This panda express location is just if I could give no stars I would. They’re always late with online orders, it seems like they are under staffed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time I went my order wasn’t ready like always and they shorter me in one of my plate sides so be sure to check you order/plates before you leave…just a bad experience everytime.

Orange chicken is burnt, hard and cold not edible. Customer service was disappointed they were rude and argued with me when I told them my kid was choking on their food. Only the cashier was kind and understanding. Never going back to this location.

Some nice young man named Ramiro P he was very nice. Something that really stood out to me that he had very good manners. But something else was that I ordered egg rolls and put said “okay” He put them in a bag and said to wait. He gave me and my older cousin two free cups because of the waiting. He did not charge the egg rolls, nor did I receive them. I think that the workers should repeat people’s orders and make sure they have what they want.
