I been eating at this restaurant since it opened because I work at Safeway. The food used to be ok when I have nothing else to eat. Ever since Grace (manager) arrived the place been more crowded and the food tasted better. The noodles and rice used to be under cook and the quality of food wasn’t that great. Under Grace’s management the food tastes fresher and the rice and noodles cook perfectly. There seem to be more customers and staffs there so the line is quick and the services are awesome. I been eating there more often now.

These people don’t know what’s this chain about or what’s goid customer service. This food looks NOTHING LIKE IN OTHER CHAIN STORES. The mixed veggies are just plain barely steamed broccoli with 1 piece of some lettuce, the beef broccoli is more like broccoli with literally 2 tiny pieces of beef that taste slightly moldy and the way these people talk and “try to solve” a situation is just under any minimum that should be present in any store. A great plaxe to have semi- moldy food and raw broccoli! Why doesn’t this one store hit the minimum standards of any other in the area?!?

Went there today around noon time. Most of the trays were nearly empty. Had to wait for pretty much everything, like fried noodles and the NEW Spicy Orange Chicken. Waited for a very long time. Finally saw the cashier, a young man, to just put two shallow scoops of orange chicken to my order. Then found out that the New Spicy Orange Chicken tasted just like the original one. Most likely that the cashier just gave me the original one not the new spicy one I ordered. Very disappointed. The staff are not well trained. They were running around like chickens got the heads cut off. The food was not hot (even though they just made it and I waited for a long time for it?!), not flavorful and fresh… Very disappointed. Not going to return again!

Costumer service was horrible. Connie and Mayra were so rude. Little to no patience. Had little to no people and were rushing everyone made them look super unprofessional. Pushed aside the guy working and took over. Horrible experience, never going back again.

I have come many times to this place, but now the fried rice taste awful. Like a burned taste and smells like it. Theres even a burned egg on my plate. Glad I ordered half and half otherwise it would be worse. Sad to see that now it’s quantity over quality service. Kinda sucks.

I come here all the time, because its right across the street from where i live and i have come during non-busy days and the food taste much better and its fully cooked, however weekends and Fridays the food taste horrible its not fully cooked the noodles are pale yellow dry discolored and flavorless I dont recommend this place when there its busy its mostly about quanity not quality of the food. Placed an online ordered a large Chicken string bean for my kids. When I arrived home most of my large container was full of green beans but very little chicken. Needless to say that my kids being small they mostly eat the chicken. When I called to speak to someone about the situation, they asked go back (30 min drive) and they would give me a medium size instead of the large i originally ordered. When requesting refund I was told they were unable to give me refund. This isn’t the first time this happens and is frustrating for a working mom on a stressful day. Now to figure out something quick for my kids.

Zero stars!!! I ordered online, and when I was about to eat my food, I found mold on the orange chicken. I couldn’t drive back to the restaurant so I called, but no one answered. Just wanted them to stop selling the orange chicken to anyone else. So disgusting!! Health dept definitely needs to give them a visit. I read a previous comment that a whole family got food poising from eating here. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Go elsewhere.

Made a really simple order through door dash, a bigger plate with chow mein, two sides of teriyaki chicken and side of honey walnut shrimp. This is the sad little order they gave me. Got more veggies than noodles and no sauce on my chicken. Highly dissapointed
