I was very pleased with my visit. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but I did a mobile order so I walked in and sat down to wait for the ready text well a lady I believe she was the manager right away came up and asked if I was waiting on an order and immediately went to check on the status. At the time they were filling a HUGE order so I didnt expect my food to be ready right away but they were on it! Food was hot and fresh. Very happy with my experience.

This place must be veey understaffed, or low on supplies or just that good because they’re always out of EVERYTHING. Tried every item on the menu and its always a wait on top of the time already spent waiting for my order to be taken since the attendant seems to be the cook, cashier, janitor and CFO given how delayed it usually is.
But its close to work, so whatever. Even if it makes me 20 min late.

The food itself is okay and consistent, staff is actually friendly but I just never seem to learn and keep coming back.

I went to order a bigger plate and the fried rice was horrible the bejing beef so hard felt like they don’t check the food for freshness . Then I went back they replaced the order with no drink like they need to realize that when you purchase the food you also purchase a drink. That drink tasted like mold but the girl that replaced the order only put the food….Do better Panda

Have been there a few times now. Everytime I go, they are out of most the menu. Most of the items like broccoli beef were all broccoli and no beef. Mushroom chicken was substituted with kung pao chicken. Chow mein was a small portion with lots of vegetables. Its sad because they were awesone when it first opened. Not eating here again

Last night we went thru the drive thru because the dining area closed at 9pm (which was fine)! The drive thru cashier was rude at the window and when we got our food it was poorly thrown around in our Styrofoam boxes and bowls! Mind you, we spent $60!

Both mine and my daughters plates had very small portions . I ordered a bigger plate and didn’t even get my 3rd side. So on top of small portions I was missing an entire side. Instead of correcting issue they were EXTREMELY rude to me acting as if I drove all the way back to cheat them out of a side order of sweet fire chicken. They even mocked me when telling them there was no reason to be so rude to me. Because of the complete lack of costumer service, disrespect and cruelty I was treated with for asking them to correct an error they made i will NEVER eat there again .

I was super excited to eat here, per usual because Panda is great. I was saddened by there small portion size. Which in my opinion seems to be getting smaller and smaller! Well if that wasn’t already disappointing enough, my fortune cookie had no fortune in it!!! Like what!!???!!! Very sad experience today. Better luck another time, maybe.

The reason I like going to this location its in not really ever busy . I never had a bad experience until today . The manager I think her name is Mona was doing the cashier job and out of nowhere just had this ugly attitude and was just rude about everything, she had forgot to give me my drinks and I politely asked for them and showed proof of purchase and she just handled everything so rude . And I consider myself a very respectful person and if you’re a manger and you have this bad attitude towards customers , I can’t imagine how you treat your employees!! Super unprofessional of YOU
