Done with this location… how do you forget a side twice. Both times ordered through the app, the bag is tied shut so you don’t get this nice surprise until you get home. Just an honorable mention this new location portions are the smallest I’ve ever seen. Not even the noodles are full.

They burned the Beijing beef and I had it replaced. They tasted it and had a face like I was lying. It literally tasted burned and overcooked. Here’s proof. That dark color is obvious. Not normal! Chef needs retraining and the staff need better taste buds if they didn’t notice the burned flavor. The orange chicken is not as good as 12 years ago. Things changed a lot now that their orange chicken comes out of a frozen bag already breaded etc. Never coming back. Good service but the food sucked. Noodles and fried rice didn’t taste as good as before either. Professional workers overall. None of the food is as good as before they went downhill. Forgot to mention the portions are tiny! Smaller than other spots. Very stingy. Other Chinese places fill the small single boxes and stuff them, here they under fill them. The plate is also barely filled. The food tastes more like a tv dinner than fresh. 15 years ago panda was still great.

This was my first time trying the new Panda Express on Shaw/Villa, and everything was great!
The employees were friendly. The restaurant was super clean. I came inside and ordered at about 1:30pm on a Thursday afternoon.
I love the super greens, and they were fresh and delicious. I had surgery on my stomach last year and meat (especially chicken) makes me throw up easily. Especially if it’s dry. Chicken hates me the most but Panda Express is consistently the best place to get chicken at for myself because it NEVER makes me sick. The chicken thighs (teriyaki chicken) are always fresh, hot, and juicy. ((Love you, Panda-Bestie ))
I’m not sure why people are saying there was very little meat? I usually get a plate but I had a BOGO coupon for a bowl today. I always order teriyaki chicken every time and I got the same amount in my bowl as I would have received for a single portion on a plate. The difference is that the bowl is wider, so the portion is spread out, as opposed to the designated protein section having a smaller area on the plate containers.
Overall, food was hot and fresh. Store was super clean. Staff was friendly. I was given all of the sauces and utensils that I asked for. I’m very happy! Its nice to have a Panda Express closer to my house.

Will not be returning to this location ever. This is in our neighborhood, but the service, the food and the employee attitudes suck.
Today, when we ordered our food, the young lady was taking cash from the customer in front of us, then she walked right over and started filling up food without washing her hands. When I mentioned this, she said that she will get the manager, and the manager came out and told me that the employee did not do that.
Instead of trying to fix the situation, she immediately just defended the employee, who I clearly watched serve food without washing her hands.
Not to mention, waiting in the drive-through for 17 minutes. We pulled up right at 8 PM when they were closing the lobby waited in the drive-through until 8:17 PM.
Then when we got home, these portion sizes did not even fill the container.
I know we love panda express, and sometimes we are in the mood for it, but I’m telling you people if you are reading this, just please avoid this location.

I don’t recommend this location; each time they give less amount of food, it’s not worth what you pay for what you receive. Go to another location.

I had possibly the greatest experience at this Panda Express than I ever had at any Panda Express, coming hot off of some volleyball I was starving and so me and my friends went to get some food, Jackie was an absolute gem of a worker and helped us out with everything we needed, 10/10 would eat again, I think I felt heaven here and will gladly come back

Great staff! Food is always hot and the customer service is great! I came in to pick up a mobile order and it wasn’t quite yet ready and they gave me a drink cup while I waited (which wasn’t very long). Best location in Clovis!

Drive-through wait will be about 20 minutes. One worker does all the work. They do not have staff as of October 21, 2025. Food is just OK. Jackie at the drive-through window was very nice.
