I am a HUGE Panda Express enthusiast, and I happened to find myself in HD (High Desert, not High Definition, lol) so I dropped by this location before driving back to L.A. Shoutout to both Whinter (yes, spelled just like that, lol) and Cenobio, who went above and beyond and were just all around kind people and offered great customer service. Whinter even went out of her way to bring me a cup for water (I ordered my 2-side combo and that was it) when she saw me eating by myself without any kind of drink. Cenobio made small talk (I had a Real Madrid cap on) and I admitted how terrible my team had been doing this season, haha! All around a great experience at this location. 10/10.

I’ve had a good experience at this Panda Express on Ave L. The food is usually fresh and comes out hot, especially the orange chicken and chow mein. Staff are friendly and service is fairly quick, even during busy times. Sometimes the line gets long or they run out of popular items, but overall it’s a solid spot for a quick, reliable meal.

Came by for a quick dinner. Got a box of fried rice, when I received a little surprise in my food! A literal bug in my food! Thankfully I hadn’t started eating my food just yet. Shows how staff do not care about what they serve their customers. How disgusting to see and when I went back to ask for a refund, they told me their machines were down? Doesn’t make any sense. Safe to say I will not be returning to Panda Express after this. Little help from staff and lack of food training these employees have. 1/5

Its not the best but its all right. It will get to you when you see how little they serve you on your plate but charge you as if they packed your plate up. I know its not the employees fault, its management. They want to give less product and charge more money. So I only come here maybe once a year. I rather get my money’s worth and go get chinese food.

I have been coming here for almost 5yrs and this is the best location out this way! From the cooks to the Managers on all shifts they are great!! Even when a mistake was made the professionalism and kindness here is unmatched in addition to their fresh great tasting food! The closed the doors at 915pm and wouldn’t open it. I then drove around to the drive thru and waited nearly 30 mins in line for them to say they don’t have any food left. It’s 948pm now. To add to the insult they continue to allow other customers to enter just not me.

Whoever making the fried rice is not using the right recipe because it does not taste right.The teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli taste like there is something that has gone spoil in it, this is the second time it has happened to me. The employees are out that great too. They spray cleaner around the food at night. They start closing at 8pm. They should wait until closing. It seems like they do not make food after 8pm. I think they got new cooks because the food has gotten worse over the past 2 months.

When I ordered food for my children’s there were flys in my CHILDS cubmeal. When I called to let them know what happened they hung up on me and refused to answer my phone calls after that.
