I placed a mobile order and got the text that my food was ready. When I pulled up, I had to wait 15–20 minutes stuck behind just ONE car in the drive-thru because their food wasn’t ready. If my order was already done, why wasn’t that car asked to pull forward so I could get mine? Very frustrating and completely defeats the point of ordering ahead.

This location is very stingy on portion sizes. I ordered the same meal from this location and from the location on Stockdale hwy and the food I received from the Ming location was only about half.

Their drive through is easily one of the worst Panda drive throughs in town. It was built with 2 lanes, but have only ever seen one open. Have had mediocre service on multiple occasions. Their convenient location is the only thing they have going for them.

Terrible service on multiple occasions, after reading the reviews its only a matter of time until the lil hispanic girl behind the cashier winds up on kern county activities the way she playin wit ppl food she gone play wit the wrong one in this heat new cooks all the time cuz no one wants to work there longer than a couple months, so its 50/50 whether the foods gonna be soggy or not when you go. From inside having bad service (walk in to them messing up a dine in order), ordering in the app means waiting for the people that walk in after you get their food before you (even if its the same food), to even the drive thru taking a good twenty minutes with only one car in front of you (and a small order), your money is well-spent elsewhere. All this in maybe four visits over a span of two-three months panda on stockdale works just fine!

High quality establishment. High quality food. Slim portion control though you are paying more than it’s honestly worth. Has many flavors to choose from and textures. Fast service not on busy times so you are in n out most of the time.
