I have no complaints on the food, staff is always friendly. But it has happened on several occasions where my order is wrong, and at this point im already home. First item i specifically asked for was not given to me. Previous order i had with them i drove home bag sealed, and turned out to be someone else’s order. And after spending over $30 to not receive the correct order it is very upsetting.

The food was amazing, however the young woman working the drive thru window on October 3rd, 2025 at 9pm was beyond awful at her job. She was nothing but rude, and basically tossed the food out at me. She was rude from taking our order to her inexcusable manors at the window. Ive always had excellent service with other employees here so id definitely rethink staffing with that girl. Ill pray for her and her awful attitude.

I just ordered almost a $100 worth of food here and I just rather get my money back! I love the Honey Walnut Shrimp so it was so disappointing to bite into my food that did not taste like Honey Walnut Shrimp at all! The rest of the food tasted so old and it was a waste of money! I ordered 3 bigger plates so they would fill up one of the entree side with rice and top it with a bit of entree! I work hard for money and this place just robbed me of my money and I am not happy about it! We know never to order or recommend this Panda location at all!

Beautiful brand new location. With a drive-through! But the rice was a little cold, and lots of employees are sitting around while some of the items hadn’t been refilled in quite some time such as the lids for straws maybe it’s just a learning curve because it’s so new.

I bought a 3 entree plate. I kid you not, the broccoli beef had only 2 tiny little pieces of beef, like, ridiculous. I went in the drive thru and did not notice until I was home. Too far and hungry to go back and complain at that moment. I recorded a video and took pictures for evidence as soon as I opened it.

Food is good but the wait time is unbearable standing in line watching people in the drive thru and in the online pick up area be served before me right in front of my eyes while physically waiting inside. this place has way too much going on I watched a Uber eats guy come in grab online order come back a few mins later and it was wrong they had to toss it such a waste this company cant handle 3 lines at 1 time I feel bad for the workers having to deal with online pick ups drive thru orders and walk in customers honestly they shpuld get rid of online orders

One thing about Panda Express is you can depend on the food to be prepared generally the same. Well… this place didn’t read the instructions. This is not like a Panda Express. I have no idea what they were mixing up in the sink but someone from corporate should do a stop in unannounced.
The guys were friendly but the girls working, wow, attitude and very poor ones. My order was wrong and when I pointed it out, she snapped at me for calling I was getting the wrong food! Her reply was “I wrote your order just as you said on the box” but when I said your putting the wrong items in the box, then she looked at her writing, laughed it off, scooped the food out of the box and “slapped” the food I ordered in the box, over the left overs of the wrong food! BYW why has Panda Express moved to takeout boxed and say they don’t have plates, but you can clearly see the plates under the counter…
We used to like going to panda express but the past couple years, they have declined.

Honestly, we don’t like to stop in Bakersfield proper, so we hit this Panda near the Harley dealership. Food is always the bomb, but sometimes the drive-thru service is hella slow. Still worth not dealing with the city!

You have to understand customer order online they pay extra , pay for delivery , online customers deserve order on time .
