Service was poor, I asked for a sample and the girl just looked annoyed. Like be so for real? Then, the online order I placed was 10 minutes late even though the place was dead. On top of that, the food wasn’t fresh, I watched the girl scrap the last of a tray into my plate while I was waiting for another entree to come out fresh. If you were gonna have me wait for one entree, why girl me the last bits of another one that was old? Disappointed and I paid extra because it was the sirloin. Manager was too busy yapping to some dude who walked in instead of caring what her workers were doing. Should’ve just gone to panda in visalia or gone to chipotle across the street. aka save your money from this location.

The food was fresh. Most of their containers and options were full, I didn’t recognize any of the new faces working there, but that was the best customer service ever. I went there on Sunday to support Extreme Dance Studio. The food was better than usual. The restaurant was busy, but very clean too.

I placed my order online thru apps. We got there early but have to wait almost 30 minutes to receive our order (family pack). The last 5 minutes we waited just for chicken with longbean. When we got home (less than 5 minutes drive), the rest of the foods were cold except the chicken with longbean. We received no sorry from any staff while we were waiting for our foods for almost 30 minutes.

on 9-13-23 my Husband and I went to Panda ordered 2 plates as you can see the vegetables were pretty bad when I went to ask for person in charge it was the same person who served the plates when I showed her the vegetables she said they were fresh then I told her not to me then I asked her would you eat this if it was given to you, she said nope then I said well then why do you serve this to customers. all she said I’ll give you a free drinks I said no thanks i will take picture of this and send it to corporate. i did contact corporate and filed a complaint on this location and send them this pictures. they will send me 2 coupons to compensate our troubles. we will never go back to this location.

My daughter’s favorite thing is orange chicken, so we stopped in on our road trip. It was pretty late and within an hour of closing time. They were out of the greens, but offered to cook some fresh for me. They were so good!!!

Edit: after posting this review I was contacted by panda express and received a refund for my full order.
I’m giving this a 2 star rating because I didn’t have to wait when I picked up my order. I was attended right away. However, my order was vegetables and orange chicken. I do not recommend getting vegetables. They were covered in a slimy thick substance, and tasted extremely foul. The top layer was greens and under that was chow mein (not ordered) which tells me they were either low in vegetables, or picking the greens that were not completely rotten.
