Great staff and good portions. I’ve never had an issue here.

By far the absolute worst Panda Express in the country. Nothing is ever fresh, they use left over orange chicken, chow main, beef and broccoli, and fried rice that is not sold the next day. Nothing is prepared or cooked correctly. I’m not sure why this location is even still open.

I’m giving 5 stars because I want this place to survive. Delicious food and a decent price. The food court on base closes at 6pm. Because of the shutdown. So if you live in the barracks and you want dinner after 6 you are pretty much screwed unless you have something microwaveable that you already bought. I’m not a business expert, but if you don’t get off til 5ish if you’re lucky. Then have to wait for the bus to get back to main side. Or, even if you can drive. You have to haul behind to get food on base before everything closes. These hours are going to kill these restaurants.

Two times in a row I tried to get food there. First time was an hour before closing, and they weren’t going to make any food. They were out of the one thing my daughter wanted. Yesterday I tried again at 1:30pm- shocker. Out again and had no plans to make anymore. Seriously?? There’s already limited food options on base, and they’re only open until 6pm to boot! At least make sure you have food during the short operating hours available!

It’s hit or miss at this location. Whether it’s not having all the food options due to lack of supply or care, employees showing up on time or even at all. It’s a base panda can’t expect much. You figure with them opening at 1000am they would be ready to serve by then. However it is almost 11 an they have nothing cooked or ready an are saying it’ll be awhile.

How do you not have food ready and make the customer wait. Get rid of Panda Express and put a new food place. No customer service. Staff seemed like they hate the military. Very long lines. Always out of food. They don’t give you much. Maybe the military can teach then how to run the chow hall. And they charge you an arm and a leg.

They should post what type of chicken, i.e. white or dark meat, that is used in each dish. The Manager’s should also be able to answer that question accurately when asked.

The food is good and usually hot. The only downside is that due to the amount of people that come here, they do tend to run out of a lot of the popular dishes. But usually the wait is worth getting fresh hot food!
