It’s been a great while since we have had some great tasting Panda Express . This location in handford by Costco was pretty good except one side that we asked for. It was the chowmain noodles for me, or should I say, for me and my wife. The noodles were laking flavor, and the texture was more on the dry side. I still gave 5 stars because everything else was still on point from customer service to a great atmosphere and good tasting food.

Usually, they give out great food but this time, only ONE piece of beef from the broccoli BEEF. The Kung Pao Chicken, I mean look at the picture. Really? Couldn’t add a little more after waiting for more to be done cooking? Nothing against the staff attitude or service just the food serving.

I was visiting from Reno, NV stopped here for dinner, the employees were busy, and you could tell it was a busy day but they were all so friendly, and welcoming. They greeted me from the moment I stepped in and smiled, they made recommendations when I asked them about that day’s current preparations.
I recommend this location, food is fresh, business is located in an area that doesn’t have too much traffic (when you exit the parking lot), and it’s affordable. The steak side does come with an additional charge but it is ♀️steak not beef cheek cuts etc.

Learn to do your job to whoever plated this food and cooked it.. I mean I’m pretty sure I said chow mein lol. Do better! The whole plate was plated horrible. Can’t blame it being busy either.

Ordered a big plate in the drive through tonight. I forgot to oder a drink so I asked if they could add that on when I got to the window. Didn’t think that would be a big deal but the high school kid told me that he could do that since I already ordered….
What??? He refused to give me a drink. I guess the restaurant didn’t want to make any more money on my order.
Once I got home the Teriyaki Chicken was burnt. The Orange Chiken was hard as a rock and the noodles tasted like 4 day old left overs.

Panda the top looks alright but turn it to the side and it’s small like this is seriously 3 bites. I’m really disappointed. The noodles were a little on the dryer side. The shrimp paid extra and those were good.

I visited this location about 1:20pm today I ordered two larger plates. One with rice and the entrees. The rice was not ready yet so we decided to wait for a new batch. The new batch comes out they bring the food to us. My husband takes a bite the rice was under cooked and crunchy. I took a bite myself I confirmed it was indeed under cooked. I told the ladies working the offered to give us something else which was great we ask for a thing of chow main to substitute the undercooked rice. Once again they made us wait again for more cow main they didn’t have any ready. We had to sit there and wait again. Terrible cook, to say the least! Spending $30 on 2 plates at a fast food restaurant you expect at least cooked food and it to be FAST! They did throw out the rice but, as we sat there it became apparent on a Saturday they were not equipped with a skilled enough cook to successfully handle the lunch rush since they constantly made people wait for their orders.
