I dunno if it’s my face or what but it seems like every time i come here they attend quickly to whoever is in front of me then walk away when im at the front of the line to catch up on online orders or go in the back or something. I come here enough it’s started to feel personal. Idk why you need to order online when all the food is ready when you walk in. If i had a recommendation for this place it’s don’t be a walk-in.

I’ve tried it at other places, but this is the worst. There are not many options to eat at school, so I eat it every day.. but the condition of the food is different everyday, and today I got burnt chicken.

I experienced an allergic reaction due to cross contamination at this Panda Express. Despite ordering dishes that are supposed to be peanut-free according to the allergen guide, I found a peanut in my broccoli beef. I immediately stopped eating the food, but I felt some mild stomach upset about 30 minutes later.

I had already taken my food to go and couldn’t return to Panda due to time constraints so I contacted Panda Express. I received no response.

Please prioritize somewhere else during peak hours: they frequently run out of major entrees, and they keep on saying “just wait for another 5 minutes”, but never get it even in 15 minutes. Lines move incredibly slow, and they give you smaller portions compared to many other locations. If you are in a rush, please consider somewhere else.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had a decent experience at this location. They are constantly out of items, the portion are considerably smaller compared to other locations. They don’t take cash which can be inconvenient, and today they forgot my fortune cookie lol

This Panda Express is conveniently located on campus, but the general quality seems to consistently be lower than what I experience at the typical Panda Express. Food bowls are often empty and sometimes, they aren’t making a particular entree at all. The things that are there have sometimes been kinda cold or old. Last time I went, the Beijing Beef was horribly overcooked and just felt and tasted burnt.

Overall, not the best, even as far as Panda Express goes. That being said, you still get the usual Panda food (and probably weren’t looking for amazing quality anyway if you were considering Panda Express), and they give free entrees if you complete the survey on the back of the receipt, so the price is fairly reasonable. I personally still go here occasionally if I’m working on campus and don’t want to eat Subway or go to IV.

Terrible service. Always a line of at least 20 people. Constantly out of food.

I had 40 minutes to eat food in between classes:

-waited in line for 15 minutes
-by the time I got to the front there was zero orange chicken and ONE SERVING of Beijing beef
-figured I would order the last serving and choose a different item for my second item
-my server skipped me and a coworker can and stole the last serving of Beijing beef for himself
-asked how long it would take to get the food out and they said 10 minutes leaving me 15min to scarf down my food

I love Panda Express and their orange chicken, but the UCEN doesn’t make the orange chicken as well as other restaurants in the chain. The line can also be long, but it moves relatively quickly.

They charge extra $1.50 for the fancily labelled black pepper angus steak and give you disappointingly camouflaged mushrooms with almost no beef.
