Hello future customers beware of Joshua C. He failed to answer simple questions about the menu items. Just asking simple first time customer questions. Joshua got irritated and was confrontational.
Rude to multiple customers, wanted me to use complete sentences to explain my question.
I’m a customer with brain disabilities, hope no one has to deal with this employee.
Avoid location at all costs. I’ll be making multiple complaints to headquarters.

With the increasingly less and less options to at at the Pacific View Mall, Panda Express is always a good consistent option. You are rarely surprised here. Workers are decent and fast. Food is hot and ready usually. Line moves fast which is great for short lunch breaks. I know many complain about the authenticity of this food but it’s great American Asian cuisine and decent prices. Fried rice, orange chicken, cream cheese ragoons, can’t go wrong with what you pick usually.

I can’t say enough how rude the workers were even the manger. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order while the manger was doing an online order and talking shit with the other worker about other customers. While I waited 10 minutes the line was all the way back to the play structure and she was only doing online orders everytime they came in. Once she finally took my order they only had an option of orange chicken and shrimp. Said it was a 30 minute wait for everything else because it all went to the online orders. Never going there again

On 04/16, between 3 – 4:30 pm, when I ordered at the store, one of worker, Kaith, he touched directly my ordered food, and I complained him; however, he seems does not understand about some hygiene issues. Due to my work trip, I tend to drive/ fly to a different state; however, I’m wondering why all the Panda Express do not use the gloves when hadndling ready-to-eat food in all different states. I like Panda cus it’s a quick and easy lunch when my busy work. I think that wearing gloves is good to prevent those contamination. Touching food with are hands can trransfer bacteria and potentially causing illness.

Great food, as it is always coming out fresh, because they are consistently busy and running out of items. Kung pao, power greens and white rice is my go to bowl. And can’t forget my veggie rolls.

There were two egg rolls sitting there when we ordered, but it took 15 minutes for them to finish our order. In the meantime they assembled the rest of our order and let it sit there in the container. The manager said ‘sorry’ but was otherwise useless.

Love panda but lately been disappointed especially with the orange chicken. It’s mostly breaded and no chicken. Also, teriyaki chicken had a lot of fat.

This isn’t a negative review of Panda Express in general but this particular location. I ordered food there yesterday and was told it would take a minute to prepare which was fine. However when I got my food and returned home there was literally only 4 pieces of orange chicken in my order. With the prices they charge this is completely unacceptable. Never going to this location again
