This is the best one we’ve dined at. It’s clean, plenty of parking, even during lunch, and has friendly staff. The workers don’t seem rushed during busy times. I’ll attribute this to good management because it’s very consistent. We’ve eaten at so many during our travels and I believe this is the best one.

The location was humid and warm inside for the patrons and working staff. Small location. Workers weren’t as attentive and did not seem friendly. The food rating has to do with this location being the only one in Los Angeles and OC county to sell the buldak dynamite sweet and sour chicken. The spice was good, it was actually hot and the spice lingered, unlike their hot orange chicken which is mild and with smoky heat. Try the dynamite chicken if you want some actual heat but the flavor isn’t craveable. It’s alright.

If I could, I would put 0 to the attention of the girl is unimaginable. The ugly attention was angry. I am not to blame for their problems. I am just one more customer. Please, managers. Educate your employees to smile more and not get angry at customers and listen very badly. Attention 0 recommended

How does a Panda get 3 stars?
Walking in with my wife and kids I greeted the staff jovially and was answered back with the sound of crickets.
I don’t expect everyone to always be in as great a mood as myself, but the atmosphere was worse than dead, almost unwelcoming. Angie was the first to make contact and got our orders underway. We got 2 three item plates and had some of the new sizzling shrimp. It was spicy, as expected, but otherwise just tasted like shrimp. Not bad. Just shrimp.
There must have been over a dozen employees and traffic was pretty steady. We must have caught the staff at their lunch though b/c a half dozen were eating on their break. It really felt like I was in a prison camp. The sour looks and attitudes were a huge turn off.
I finally got Angie to come out of her shell and smile. After that she was a gem. She gave me all the things I kept forgetting and with a great attitude. That nights saving grace.
I’ve never been to a Panda that I didn’t like. Foods clean and scrumptious. Restaurant clean and atmosphere exciting. This night got 2 out of three.
Juan was the manager on that night and I praised Angie, but didn’t tell him that the room felt foreboding. Whatever got the crew bummed out that night is hopefully just a temporary thing.

It used to be good 2 years ago. Not anymore the new employees are messing this place up. I have food allergies so I expect to get what I order and that’s not what I got. This lady started to clean my area excessively and made me feel unwelcome. The cleaning liquids made me sneeze a lot plus she wasn’t good at cleaning at all, there were big chunks of food on the floor after she ” so called” cleaned. She was very rude and disrespectful why is she “working” here? The only thing she looked like she was able to do is give the other employees hickeys. It also took a long time for my order, my food had never taken this long to be given to me. I had to take Benadryl afterwards.

I have developed into an eloquent complainer with restaurant service in the past few years, since the pandemic. And I get no opportunity to exercise my skills when I revive myself at this Panda Express. I’ve never had an excuse to open up my dark, opinionated wrath against this location; I am convinced they anticipate my appearances. Whatever the reason is behind it, I’m considerably impressed that they’ve never fumbled what I respect them for. Go here when you expect to get abused by customer service & become a cheerful optimist again, like me.

This particular location is rather convenient because of the drive-thru option. Plus, it is fairly close to our house. The 1st few months it was open, it was consistently good. Consistent great flavors & consistent generous portions. After that, it has been hit or miss with the flavor and/or the portion size. I always order the Honey Walnut Shrimp as one of my choices. My favorite! It has a distinct crunchiness & a sweet & savory Honey taste. This particular time, the taste was not quite there. It was not as crunchy and, as pictured, I barely got any of the Honey Walnut Shrimp. They did give me more of the Mushroom Chicken, but since I paid extra for the Honey Walnut Shrimp (and it is my favorite), I was disappointed I did not get the usual generous portion of it. Customer service has been good & the time waiting for my food has been good. Overall, a good value for what you get.

Drive thru takes a while and they still gave me the wrong order. I ordered orange chicken and they gave me another dish which is I don’t even know what, I also asked for a chili sauce twice while ordering and picking it up in the drive thru window and they still give me soy sauce.

I understand you shouldn’t waste food but we watched as the employee reluctantly gave us dry hard pieces of teriyaki chicken. It was time for these to get thrown out, not served to customers. The pieces were small, dark and hard. Tasted and looked completely different than the piece they cut fresh for us.

This is my local panda express and I’ve gone quite a lot of times and if I’m being honest the food is extremely inconsistent. My usual order of chow mein is always filled with vegetables and not enough noodles and is inconsistently cooked and portioned with noodles and veggies, the orange chicken is always inconsistently cooked and always has varying levels of sauce, and the teryaki chicken is always inconsistently cooked. I’ve never really had this issue at other panda express locations but it’s always a different experience here. The staff is nice and the place is clean, but the main thing the establishment is supposed to do is always inconsistent so they’re gonna have to get 3 stars from me for that.
