The service was friendly and professional. The store itself felt clean and had a modern aesthetic. Food was ok. The cream cheese rangoons and honey walnut shrimp tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Definitely wasn’t the most fresh, but still decent.

Mr. Panda, don’t you read customer reviews? If you make money because of customers, you should be grateful to them and give them more. I have absolutely no intention of visiting again.
Food prices go up and portions are reduced, so there are fewer customers.
I went there today after a long time and the amount of food they give me has increased a bit. Why is it that this restaurant is a big restaurant that runs on customers’ money, but why do all branches have bad reviews?
Instead of being greedy like Scrooge, give a lot to your customers.
From now on, don’t buy like a fool and give your opinion as much as you pay.
If you are greedy, customers will quickly realize and turn away.
Most of them are frozen foods, so the cost is not that high, but please give generously for your customers.

the moment i walked in they had about 10+ boxes on the counter so i assumed they had a huge online order; which they did. they told me they would help me in a few minutes which was fine. i got my 2 item plate and it was delicious. the beef and broccoli was just made fresh so that was the highlight. i was happy to eat inside because nobody came in or out of the restaurant during my visit.

Malvern location… Do better at managing. To make your in house customers wait and watch the line grow to a ridiculous size while you utilize all of your front house staff to fulfill a large call in order is asinine. Learn how to productively manage your staff., making several customers wait in excess of 15+ minutes while you service one order for delivery/pick up is very poor management/customer service.

They keep things pretty fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for a fresh item. The veggies are too crunchy for me, but every thing else is tasty. They try to keep it clean, but have a hard time during the rush hour. Bonus is they show games on the ESPN channel ( no volume)

i’ve tried panda inn before and it was good, and decided to order from doordash in panda express because they’re the same company. but turns out dissapoint because the fried rice is undercooked and has no flavour at all, the orange chicken is just ok, and the broccoli beef has weird taste. i really wanna throw away my meal. money wasted!

One of the stingiest Panda’s I’ve ever been too. Ordered a bigger plate and got something closer to a bowl. Half an order of chow mein and the broccoli beef was missing the beef. Will not ever return.

I went to this location on April 27, 2005. The store was clean, neat and inviting. The teriyaki chicken I got was well cooked and tasty. The best thing about this trip was the service. A young girl (I think her name was Yesenia) served me. She was doing 3 things at once, never stopped working and still treated me with kindness and enthusiasm. I hope her manager sees this review.

No main dish. Almost all panda stores I’ve ordered have had issues with a little stuff here and there, and this is the most absurd and dumbest mistake they’ve made for the order for my kid.
