I ordered my food 30 minutes in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 15–20 minutes at the restaurant, and then they came to tell me that my order was still not ready and I needed to wait another 15 minutes. When I got upset, the two female employees responded to me with attitude. The two women working there were absolutely terrible.

Came here only because my favorite Chinese food was already closed. I hadnt had panda express in a long time. I came here around 930pm. There was only 2 customers besides myself. They were out of most of the food because it is late at night. So i totally understood. I asked for shrimp and they told me it would take around 15 minutes. I told them i didn’t mind waiting. So I waited the 15 minutes. The workers were nice and apologized for the wait but i was ok with it because they had told me i would have to wait if i wanted shrimp. They gave me extra shrimp but they forgot to give me my 3rd item. I don’t blame them they were busy and they were nice. I give this place 3 stars because of the price and taste. I would come here again only if my favorite Chinese place is closed.

It’s a decent Panda… When I went in I was in a rush, I saw a big line ahead of me and almost wanted to leave. They were very fast an efficient and they were able to get me out of there with my order correct in less than 10 min. Great job!

Poor customer service; they made me wait a long time for my food. When I got home, I was surprised to find that the teriyaki chicken was missing. I went back to the restaurant and showed them the plate with only the rice in it. They served the food incorrectly. This happened during the night shift.

I’m only giving 1 star since that’s the lowest possible rating, 0 isn’t an option. I placed an order through DoorDash for a bowl with Broccoli Beef, and I was so disappointed to see that there was literally one bite of meat throughout l the whole bowl. Now that’s just carelessness. Pretty upset that I paid for a bowl of noodles and broccoli. To make things worse, when I called the store to inform the manager, (Jose, the manager on duty), simply said Thank you and immediately hung up the phone on me without even so much as offering an apology, very unprofessional. I’m not sure why I expected anything different. We’re paying fast good workers as much as people that go to school to learn trades and they can’t even scoop food into a container properly? Super disappointed with the quality of the food (also, egg rolls were mushy) and the customer service was terrible!!! 0 stars from me.! Don’t recommend and will never return

Edit: we get the family meal now and its almost always fine, except when they give me half ful containers. Only 3 stars because theyre very stingy with the meat on the broccoli beef, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken breast its almost all veggies. Also its a hassle picking up an order if the person who ordered isnt the same one that s picking it up. I make the orders online, my husband p/u says my name and has a screenshot of the order with confirmation # but they refuse to hand it over everytime and we go to this exact location EXTREMELY often, you’d think theyd have learned by now

Absolutely skimps. I paid almost $40 for a half portion of orange chicken and 3 shrimps. Complete waste of money, never coming back and I’d suggest for everyone thinking about coming here to really think if it’s worth it.
