Panda Express is one of my favorite fast food places to stop and eat. It does not take long to get your food and it is always hot and very good. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They always offer you bite sized samples of new things on the menu. This Panda Express is close to my home so I eat here often. It is a wonderful place to get lunch or dinner that doesn’t cost a fortune. Highly recommend

When it comes to fast casual Panda Express is the gold standard. The food is all delicious and the service is so fast, even when there is a line. Huge portions for a good price too. Orange chicken over fried rice is my favorite. If I’m hungry I’ll add some Mongolian beef to the mix too. SO. GOOD. And the entire chain got its start right in Pasadena!

It’s pretty good as far as Panda Express goes. It’s Chinese food that is priced closely to It’s quality, which is to say: fair. Not much to say.

It takes a lot to make me review something, let alone 1 star something. But this place broke me. They gave me 2 pieces of beef. Guess they forgot about the beef part in beef and broccoli. Rice was stale and inedible. I don’t know why I keep trying with Panda Express but I’ve learned my final lesson. Even if you use the “dodgerswin” code to get a plate for $5 it’s not worth it. Better off flushing the 5 down the toilet.

What business plan makes the consumer at-home more important than the two customers in line? Apparently, most at this point. I’m embarrassed at the time I actually spent standing there questioning why the employee didn’t even acknowledge us. I guess it’s easier to exchange glances with the DoorDash tickets. Awful customer service. Will not go back.

I usually don’t eat fast food Chinese, but today was an exception. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which I would not order again because it tasted not very fresh. Plus they only gave me six shrimps, whereas my wife got eight shrimps. I also order the honey sesame chicken breast which is something I would recommend and taste similar to the honey walnut shrimp in my opinion. Of course the portions can always be a little bit bigger as I still feel hungry after eating the two Choice plate.

I’ve been to this location many times and this might be the last time I’ll be coming here. During my last visit the restaurant was highly disorganized. We had to wait outside because of covid and there are no signs outside the store on where to stand for online orders and where to go for in-store orders. People that ordered online were standing outside for 30+ minutes, not knowing if their food was being prepared and not knowing if their order was even confirmed. One person was so frustrated he left after waiting so long because he couldn’t even talk to anyone about his order. The line to order in-store was moving at a snail’s pace. There were about 4 people ahead of me when I arrived and ended up waiting much longer than expected to order.

The food I got did not taste good. The orange chicken was soggy, the rice was dry, and the chow main especially tasted old. The portion sizes were also small. This place never has good orange chicken for some reason which is a shame since that’s what panda express is known for. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The employees are nice here but I am more concerned about the food. I visited this location tonight because I was in the same plaza. The orange chicken came out fresh and was so over done it was dry. Also I waited for the fresh chowmein and it was so dry I spit it out. Until they fix this, go somewhere else.
