Michael and Kayla helped me tonight at the front. Two of the most positive people I’ve ever been helped by! They asked me if I need anything additional and created such a welcoming environment.
Kayla and Michael ate careful to keep things stirred and package everything so it stays warm. As soon as Kayla asked for something from the kitchen the kitchen team was on it and by the time I was stepping out after paying it was ready. Food looked super fresh and well stocked. No dry chicken or dull eggrolls. Its rare to see such a cohesive team keeping everything going! These guys are great!!

This outlet of Panda Express has gone from bad to worse since my last visit here a few months ago. The food tastes horrible, the portions are meager and the take out order smelled horrible in the car while driving home. I doubt if the management cares since my last review on their site involved a whole bunch of redundant questions further wasting my time. The food smelling horrible is a new sign that this place is not fit to return for customers.

Well, I thought that I ordered my food at the Irvine location at it turned out it was Mission Viejo. I was already about an hour late for pickup before I called Mission Viejo Panda Express to let them know. Raymond picked up the phone. I told him I was running late and he told me my food was sitting out for about an hour and OFFERED to ask the kitchen to remake the food for me. I gladly thanked him and God blessed him for his kindness and thoughtfulness. He asked about how long I would take before I arrived. I told him about 20 minutes and he said he would have them remake it in about 15 minutes. I ended up getting there after about 27 minutes and he was actually the one who helped me when I walked up to the Pick-Up counter. Haha, I saw his name tag and said, “Hey Raymond it’s Frankie!” He laughed and smiled and handed me my food while saying, “It’s still nice and fresh for you”. I God blessed him and thanked him again. He was very kind and I’m so glad he and the kitchen and Panda Express went out of their way to not only make my order but keep it warm for me.
And the food?? 5 out of 5!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t order here, the plates are light and the food isn’t the freshest. I like the El Toro & Raymond location, they’re always busy so the food is right off the grill and they put a little more on your plate.

Great panda express store, I’ve been to other locations and have gotten mediocre after rush food where the quality is just not there. This panda express is always bringing out new fresh entrees. It seems like they are constantly making sure quality is up to better than you come to expect! I’d rather go to this location than any other panda express within a 10 mile vicinity because of how good it is!

I’m so happy with this Panda! Service was impeccable, food was fresh, and the entire restaurant looks and feels clean. It is also very well staffed, so no lag time in great service! The tables are promptly cleaned, as well.

I ordered Panda Express for my mom and her caregiver this evening as they were craving Chinese cuisine. They had the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and mushroom chicken with rice and chow mein. The delivery service was spot on and the ambiance in mom’s cozy home with a view of the mountains nearby. Highly recommended.

Jocelyn provided us with extra customer care and service. She was able to get us our order quickly and advise us on the best way to save using our coupon. She also reminded us to use the app to order and made sure to ask us if we wanted appetizers or drinks. Thank you for making our experience awesome Jocelyn. The store was very clean and the food was well organized.
