Ordered and paid for food for the family told I’d have to wait for a dish no worries it was cooking now will be a minute. Went eat my food still not out. Still not bad but ok went and asked at the counter and was told it would be with me in a minute. Had to go back up and got it fished up in the container. Went back to my table and went to eat the food and it was luke warm. So no idea why the wait and not an issue just won’t order that dish again. Not likely to return for a while. Other than that single dish it was ok, don’t expect Michelin stared it’s fast food but barely warm after being told it’s cooking and to wait for a fresh dish as was odd and it wasn’t hecticly busy.

I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and was really disappointed. The shrimp tasted fishy, which made it hard to eat. The cream cheese wontons seemed old and were a bit greasy as well. The fried rice lacked flavor and just wasn’t very good.
The only bright spot was the mushroom chicken, which was fresh and actually tasted good.
Overall, it was pretty pricey for the quality of food I received. I’m hoping this was just a fluke, but this visit definitely didn’t meet expectations.

They sold me a drink and the tea dispenser was empty. I complained and it took 10 minutes for them to come out and make the tea. After they made the tea they didn’t even bother to put the cover on top back. I had to do their jobs for them. They also gave me a huge chunk of cabbage and expect me to chew on it. I guess they were too lazy to cut the cabbage. There were also flies everywhere by the window. What made it worse is this homeless guy keep asking me for something, but I can’t understand him. I guess he just sits there and harass customers. Whoever runs this place gets paid a good salary for doing nothing. It is not rocket science. Get a new manager.

Poor Service , I was done holiday shopping when I decided to grab something quick , when I came through the drive-through, I ordered my plates, The girl was correcting me, as if I didn’t know what I was saying. I forgot to order some drinks , so I decided to order three drinks in the window since I saw there was no one in back of me. . The employee legit roll her eyes at me like if she was giving The drinks for free, at that point, I felt very uncomfortable , I asked her if I can get some soy sauce she just said have a good night that’s when I decided to park my car and go talk to the manager honestly that really messed up my mood. They should try to do better service.

Panda Express has always been a go to spot for fast Chinese food. Is it authentic ehh no. But it does fill the void of a satisfied tummy especially mine. The food I get is always hot and seem fresh as it never taste stale or sitting around. Service is always great and I like the vibe when I eat inside.

It’s hard to screw up fried rice even if It’s bland. They sure managed that here. It was grainy and dry and severely lacking in flavor and the orange chicken was under fried, almost soggy. Additionally, soda machine had every flavor turned down to a bare minimum and staff said they’d fix but never bothered to.

Well, they forgot to give me change and as you can see, the portions were ridiculously small. Also, asked specifically for Diet Coke and was charged accordingly. Only thing is once I paid and went to dispense it, they didn’t have the option. This location has multiple issues.Also didn’t include the condiments or utensils. Panda is a sad place these days, not what it used to be. Couldn’t even remember the fortune cookie.

Orange chicken was ok, Broccoli beef was a joke, all broccoli that wasn’t even cooked. Fried rice was tasteless, chow mein was dry. Only good thing was the drive thru.

Asian manager there barks orders and starts freaking out when the place starts to get slammed, calling out her cooks and pressuring them even more to keep up with the demand, but how the hell do you cook food faster? I don’t want my orange chicken undercooked. Now I see why people say the work culture there is terrible, dramatic, and why the turnover is so high. Also, when it’s busy like that, she’s rude to the customers, why are you cutting me off when I’m still telling you what I want?
