Another location that doesn’t seem to understand that the whole point of placing an order online is to avoid waiting. I received a text message confirmation that my order was ready, the cashier told me that barely got the order in the screen, 7 people pass in front of me at the walk-in line and only then they started making. After seeing the reviews I still thought I give them a try because I was in the mood for Panda Express and everyone deserves a second chance… I notice the food wasn’t fresh nor hot being open only a hour. They greeted me with a low voice. This place had no other sides but orange chicken and kung pao this Panda Express is in a bad and sketchy area and sucks it needs to be under new management and everyone needs to be retrained!!!

the Worst panda experience ever. Even though the line is out the door its still faster than ordering online. I placed my order at 645p my email confirmation said to pick it up at 655p showed up at 656p food was not ready,That’s when they started working on it. 720p rolls around and they barely had my order (it was two bowls nothing crazy) it took them a total of 35 min to fill two bowls

Now that its open I can give a proper review. The food tastes just like any other Panda Express. The inside is really nice, very clean. There are seats outside but I dont recommend people eat there, as there are people that beg for money in this area.
Service is rushed here. I wanted to order spring rolls and the lady was already ringing me up for my entree. I felt like I was being kicked out, and it wasnt even that busy.

I purchased an item as I felt the importance to use the restroom and felt bad just using it without buying something. No one could hand me a single roll of toilet paper, and there weren’t many customers. I don’t think it’s that difficult to have someone else on the team hand a customer toilet paper. I waited for around 10 mins and had to just leave at that point. My bladder will be affected by this.
