Jan 8, Took me 35 min to get meal . I went around 4-4:30 and the cooks don’t care the poor girl in the front the African one was yelling chow main, chicken,etc and the cooks ignored her as if they were in high school. Also I love the manager she stepped up and was getting the orders out but her crew was of no help. Hope they get better help.

I always love the food here, always fresh, appealing, and delicious but I wouldn’t recommend going inside to order. This location clearly prioritizes the drive-thru, even though the line inside was longer than the drive-thru line, and the staff told me they would be right with me, then they would fill a few drive-thru order plates and then bring the food over to the window. If you want a quicker experience, definitely stick to the drive-thru.

Ordered uber eats take out, 3 entrees and a blue powerade bottle. Got charged for the 3 entrees but only got 2, got charged for the bottled powerade but got a purple soft drink instead which should have cost less. Terrible experience when I was really looking forward to that orange chicken (the 1 that I didnt get) but instead got a box of empty promises.

I decided to ignore the somewhat low stars. I wish I hadn’t. The teriyaki chicken has the consistency of raw chicken and almost rubbery with so much fat. And just has an atypical taste for Panda Express teriyaki chicken. I’m afraid to keep eating it. Even the fried rice has a weird taste to it. After throwing away 90% of the plate I will not be going to this location again if any Panda Express ever…

I did order (1/30/22) from this location and it’s the worst I’ve ever had. A piece of stainless steel sponge came in my food which could be a hazard for people. Myself was able to feel something weird while chewing but just imagine if it was a kid who had it. It could also cause cuts inside the mouth and inside if swallowed.

I normally come here and the food Is amazing but it seems everytime I come in the drive-thru, I notice they have been very stingy with the meat. I ordered a plate. Half&half with teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. It’s called broccoli beef..not a bunch of broccoli ft two tiny drops of beef. Here you can see I even removed the broccoli its all teriyaki meat and literally no beef. I get prices are going up so you got to give smaller portions but cmon guys this is downright disrespectful. Just because I’m not inside to physically watch you give me the portion doesn’t mean you have to short me on what I paid for. Truly pathetic how I literally paid full price for a side of broccoli.. looks like I’m going to express my way to another place to eat.

Ordered a plate with 2 entrees and one side. Got home to find one entree missing. There is no option to call the location to resolve this so a review is my only option. I’m not taking 30 more minutes of my time to go argue with these people.
