I bought panda crafted drink and came back for refill , but the “lady” with glasses told me than I can get water and showed me drink machine. I poured tea , thinking it must be fine hence she showed me a machine.
She forced to dump it out.
So you d rather waste it than let costumer to drink it? I would never come back and would never let my company store be this cheap and have that kind of service.

Manager here is incredibly rude and rushes you out. You will be the 3rd in line and shell wave you down demanding you give her your order. Within 5 seconds of starting your order shell scream “AND WHAT ELSE” before making a selection. I get it, you are in a rush and want to make it fast, but don’t make us feel like we’re in a school cafeteria or at a prison! Unreal.

Was really hungry but didn’t want to spend $15 for a meal so I ordered a side of lo mein for like $5 here and it was enough to fill me up. Tasted decent too. Would go back and try other stuff!

Definitely the quality had lowered. I order a bowl rice and shrimp. Wait 10 minutes for the shrimp, and I got a sad plate with 7 shrimps and COLD rice. And the worst part was the service. The lady that took my order seemed annoyed because I ordered shrimps and they have to be made… then, the cashier looked like I was bothering her. HER voice was not nice. Finally, I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and she literally threw it in front of me. Didn’t care to hide her face. Well, Panda Express Fashion Valley. NO RECOMMENDED

Not my favorite but not too bad. You can’t expect too much for a fast food. But I’m always okay with Panda Express. I love their food choices. Some of them are overly too sweet. But some of them are kinda delicious. I love their chow mein and broccoli. And I tried their new shrimp & steak teriyaki, it’s pretty nice. Still prefer if they put less sugar, but it’s not bad at all.

I went to get a bigger plate and asked to have the orange chicken be my entree for everything with fried rice and was told that couldn’t happen and that I had to pick other things. I tried to explain that I’ve done that every time I’ve got to Panda Express but the woman was rude and dismissive. Told me want I wanted was a bowl and gave me only 6 pieces of orange chicken and hella rice. If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone was rude to me then turned to my cousin and was extremely polite and respectful to her. So what is the difference?
