Update 10/18/2025:
I received a call from management and they met with me, updated training on the food preparation and serving. Honestly, one of the best experiences in customer service. Any business has a risk of bad days or less-than service, but the businesses that fix things are few and far between. The fact this Panda (same management as the Pacific Views Panda Express and Ichi Ban) was eager to fix things and improve service says a lot. I’m so impressed.

Then charged my husband for half our order, forgetting the other part of our order, and then had to charge again for the remainder.
The way they fill orders is so inefficient and makes for these types of mistakes occurring more often. I’m so disappointed. My husband chose no receipt, otherwise I’d have submitted a complaint in the survey. I’ll be sure to give poor results next survey code I get so that corporate knows.
8/30/25 Update:
Our charge went through at 6:13PM. They don’t close until 7PM. When my husband went in they were already closing up, were out of white rice, and had to make some greens for my order.
100% my greens are not truly cooked. They taste horrendous too. I’ve had many Panda Express orders and this was just a nightmare on a fork.
They performed all of these closing procedures and were insanely unprepared for any more guests before they actually close. Not just 10 minutes before. Even 15 minutes. Nope, a whole 50+ minutes
I get it. I worked food service and we wanted to go home too. But this was so early. I’d have rather my husband be turned away than sold this horrible side dish, or be forced to get fried rice because I’m sure they tossed the remaining white rice expecting nobody would come in, so they had none for him.
Absolutely a waste of $26.29 for our meals and the worst experience I have ever had. Even when my order has been slightly messed up, the food was at least decent. But no, this was bad. GO TO FALLBROOK INSTEAD. Seriously, we’re just going out there from now on. Submitting a complaint through corporate’s website, because this was definitely an issue with decisions by the management (shift lead, whomever was there in charge) and needs to be addressed.
And it’s more expensive than off base. I got an item with three entrees off base (with 20% off coupon code) that was cheaper then there two entree menu item.
