The Panda Express isn’t a cheap Chinese fast food restaurant. They work hard and always refill foods on their stock bowls. You can eat hot and good dishes. I wanted use chopsticks (It’s difficult to eat by folk), aren’t there chopsticks here?

The food and service were great. They added decent portions to my plate. Service finished my order in a couple of minutes. Tasted good and nothing to complain about. It’s slightly dirty inside the restaurant but not a significant concern.

I had to take a moment to appreciate the Panda Express on Douglas Street in Oceanside. Every visit is consistently great, and a lot of that comes down to the manager, Enrique. He’s clearly built a culture where the staff is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
The customer service here is exceptional—everyone greets you with a smile, the line moves quickly, and you always feel welcome. On top of that, the food is always fresh, which makes it even more inviting to come back again and again.
Huge thank you to Enrique and the whole team for running such an outstanding location. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff , good food but the portions are pathetic. I’m in great shape and never over eat. I used to have a combo meal split for two meals but now it’s just one . What’s wrong with you guys lol

I don’t understand how the workers get disorganized with the food orders. The customer has to keep an eye on their food, or it can easily be lost. Mine was just sitting there, and food was passing mine. My teriyaki chicken was almost taken away. The customer was honest and said it wasn’t his. There was no apology for making a mistake. Panda, please do better.

The store needed help there was dirty and the service attendant really didn’t know what she was doing and she gave me another order that wasn’t even mine so there was a little mix-up so I’m getting everything down to the food the service in the atmosphere I got to give it three stars it can do better and the food I got to tell you it wasn’t that hot
