I was a little disappointed that my Beef & Broccoli only had very little beef. I felt that the portions were smaller than before. They have you wait outside after ordering right now, which can be misleading to customers who are coming in. Customer service was good though.
Update: November 2022 There are some new menu items. Try the honey sesame chicken.

Used to come here all the time. Loved the days when they would fill up your plates. They shrunk the plates AND the portions. Now the portions are so small it’s no where near worth the money. Screw you panda express!

Nah bruh a maggot in my food, threw it all away. I wish I was making this up, instead I’m making a quesadilla. 40 bux down the drain I was offered another meal but I want my refund and I don’t think I’ll ever eat at this location. That’s pretty bad. I was cool about it but that’s puke worthy.

I Ordered door dash and the order was late and I called and the person that answered said for inconvenience they would give me a drink and a free egg roll didnt receive either for the inconvenience and when I received my food the rice and the chow mein tasted just burnt terrible I did a review earlier but this is the real review and I called to complain called like 10 times no answer thats just not right I want my money back

I ordered a 2 entree meal and just opened it. Also, I paid extra for honey walnut shrimp. Why should 3 pieces of shrimp be extra for over a dollar? I haven’t have any panda location be so shiesty. Maybe we should all stick to regular menu items to get a better deal. Not satisfied with my purchase.

I love Panda Express but only if it’s done right. I’ve only been here twice since moving to Fallbrook. The chow mien and rice could be way better. The first time the chow mien was too choppy but the second time it was done right. The staff are friendly and the entrees all looked fresh both times for the dinner rush

Terrible customer service (like these people need to go back to basic training to learn the basics bad), and you shouldn’t skimp people on food just because you guys close in an hour and only have select foods 2 hours before you close because you want to get out on time. YOUR ADVERTISED OPEN TILL 10 and should serve what you promise to serve till that time. plus why would you have not enough food when even I can think ahead and say yeah we’re Panda Express we will probably have a rush about an hour before we close. Anyone can come to that conclusion. Sad there’s just lazy people all over this place and town now. So Congrats! because you’re lazy and slow you’ve earned yourselves a complaint to corporate as well!
