The food was good but that’s about it. The service was passive aggressive. I was in line and waiting for my plate and three groups of people before me were able to be checked out. The teriyaki chicken was ready but I was just awkwardly standing on he side. The server was Brisa A and she kept side eyeing me like?? I finally went up to ask about the status of my plate since everyone else had been served behind me. She throws sauces annoyingly and passes me my bag with my plate. Maybe she’s having a bad day? Idk. On top of that she was training someone new so maybe she was stressed. Hopefully she’s not teaching her that. Hope her day gets better.

I paid almost 20 dollars for this ridiculous small box? I ordered through Uber Eats and is so disappointed and frustrating that I can’t even get refund. According to what I know I should have received a large bowl not this small box that says large, I won’t ever order again.

I placed a catering order for pickup at 4:30 PM for my son’s birthday party at Play City. I confirmed the order the day before and again before arriving.
When I arrived, the MANAGER (GRACIELA O) charged me and then said the food was not ready. After waiting 20 min, it was still incomplete. I had to leave for the party and send my husband to pick it up. it was still not ready, and he didn’t arrive at Play City until 6:15 PM, with items missing. The party ended at 7:00 PM, leaving guests little time to eat.
The manager was dismissive and rude, offering excuses instead of solutions. Do not rely on this location for catering or time-sensitive orders.

I’ve been in this restaurant all the time for 6 years now. Bianca is GREAT! She always have that genuine smile and pure heart. She is very accommodating, pleasant, sincere, and attentive to the needs of the customers. Bianca is an asset to the organization. I was really impressed with her good work ethic. Keep up it up! EXCELLENT customer service.

I’m not One to write reviews but this is the fourth time I’ve had the same experience at the same location under the same management.. I don’t understand why if the person in front of me ask to wait for a particular entree everybody behind them even though their plate is already made has to wait it makes no sense food always gets soggy in the plastic container it doesn’t make sense how if your plate is ready you can’t get your ticket behind the next person ready to pay that people that are waiting for taking her entree should be taking a step back and allowing the others to make their purchase or on a lunch break

Line was long when we arrived. Servers were communicating with cooks and requested favorites to be made before they ran out so when it was our turn to order the food was fresh n hot. Generous portion sizes and very friendly staff. Kids were almost done with their meal while I went to fill their drink cups. Food reasonably priced.
