Reviews
They were very nice and told us about their brand new chicken dish I believe it is the honey sesame chicken. They were quick to get our meals prepared and it was fresh.
We enjoyed our time there actually. They also have a drive through which is really good for a Pand Express.
When I called to follow up, Nick and another employee actually laughed at me while I was just trying to resolve the issue. They even grabbed my plate and hid it in the drive-thru area, which made me feel like they were accusing me of trying to steal. It was insulting to be treated this way over a simple $10 plate.
To make it worse, I had ordered orange chicken but was given shrimp instead. I was even willing to show proof of purchase through my debit card statement since I no longer had the receipt, but the staff showed no professionalism or respect.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, completely unnecessary behavior over a small order that could have been fixed easily.
