This is by far the best Panda Express location in the entire chain! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every team member here clearly knows their job and puts in 200% effort. They are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s because of this amazing team that we keep coming back again and again — and we gladly will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

We drove there after checking their hours (open until 9:30pm) of operation and got there a little after 9pm. The doors were locked and it looked like they were almost done cleaning. An employee opened the door and said they were very slow and decided to close early, Im guessing 8:30 or earlier.
In the 3 minutes that I was there, there were 2 other groups of people that came and left with about 8-10 people in total including ourselves.
There aren’t a lot of options after 9pm and that’s a lot of money they could be leaving on the table by closing early.
For us it was a bit frustrating. We just came back from an hour long drive and planned to pick up food to go before going home. I’ve never seen Panda or any Fast Food chain close early. I dont know if it is a management thing, or an ownership thing but I thought thisnis the best way to let them both know in case it wasnt there decision.

I ordered through the app and was able to get before the pick up time.it was so much faster and the amount of food is generous portions of proteins and carbs. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The negative reviews seem to contradict my experience. .anyway, I will surely order food again in the future!

This Panda, for some reason, always gives the smallest portions. The first pic of the bowl with teriyaki chicken is from the Westridge Old Road location. It’s for my 3 yr old daughter who weighs 26 pounds and she is still hungry after eating that bowl. There was barely any chicken in it. The 2nd pic of the teriyaki chicken bowl is from the McBean location in Granary square. They always give way more over there.
We live right near the Westridge location but will never return to that one again. Whoever is managing that one is dropping the ball. The one in Granary Square gives you a much better value.

Panda express is generally one of my favorite fast food chains and I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review at one.
But I came in this location during a busy time (7:15PM). The staff was trying to get people through, at the expense of giving the smallest portions I’ve seen before at any location.
Notice my premium entree is about half of the tiny cup and I didn’t eat a single piece of food before taking the picture.

Place my order online at 9:37 pm and I got my order at 10:04 while I scheduled to be picked up at 9:55 pm !!!! And what the tell me ? That is not they fault as they received the order at 9:47 !!! How is that my problem that your system works that slow ???? I’ve waited without saying anything, but when I came home and found out that after all this waiting they still miss my fried rice !!! I was furious, because in my books it’s unacceptable to do a business like that !!!! Screw you #PandaExpress !!! You can keep your NEXT FREE PLATE to yourself as my kid was so upset and stressed that there is nothing you can do to compensate that !!!!

My very first time at this location. I asked if I could sample one of the meats to see how spicy it would be and I was told “no”. So I left I don’t know who came up with that policy, but they just lost a potential customer.

The fried rice is consistently nasty here. Tastes like it’s a week old every time- dry and bland, tastes like cardboard. It’s truly gross, and it is always like that, not just once or twice. That’s my main complaint here.

If you’re paying cash do not go there I spent over $50 they did not have change for $100 bill made me go to the Starbucks Starbucks did not have change either drove me crazy plus the portions of food that they serve compared to Mom and Pops they suck I could understand if they were putting it on a scale but no they serve you as they please
