Hello everyone, I am writing an honest review of Panda Express at the Canyon Country location, at noon on 01-04/2026.

I came in around noon on Sunday, there were no customers, which was…well a Surprise, and an alarm to me.
I walked up to the counter, and there were only 6 options for choices on food.
ALL The containers were all on their last portion, anyone could see it had been there a very long time ago.
I went up to the manager and kindly, very politely asked if I could please get some sweet and sour chicken, as well as other items, and even told him I would be spending a lot of money.
He looks at me, and does the wave dance, pointing at the Orange chicken. Confused, I kindly ask him again, do you know what you are pointing at?
He tells me , that’s the sweet and sour chicken for today?. I politely said, ….again, may I please order 3 large containers of sweet and sour chicken on your menu, as well as more items to go?
I even went so far to point and show him, right there, pointing at their menu with a picture and price for the sweet and sour chicken.
His reply, you want it?, here it is. Pointing at the Orange chicken… So I again, politely ask, do you know the difference between sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken? He looks at me with anger, he was hoping I would order the very last, old disgusting portions of the orange chicken so he had do do no effort, no kindness, no nothing.
So, I try 1 more time, I again politely say, there is no rush, I completely understand if you need to cook it, and I am more than happy to wait as long as it takes for you to make the sweet and sour chicken.
What an awful disgusting experience.
He said just take this old stuff, no one will know the difference!!!
Yes, that is your Panda Express in Canyon country.
Corporate, please, Please, this is honest and genuine, stop hiring mean and angry people for franchises who only care about Money, and have Zero customer service skills.
Do you know how many customers you Lost?

The manager of this Panda Express would rather lose a $150 order and lie lie lie, than be happy and honest and help Anyone!
What is wrong with bad people these days?
I was so nice, so patient, and this absolute jerk has prevented 100’s of customers from ever going to Panda Express, ever again.
Corporate, please pay attention to long time, real, honest, super nice and polite customers you have lost due to who you hire as the manager and face of your franchises!

Great location with great management and staff! We ordered the premium item (shrimp) and the order seemed small, so the manager comped us a whole extra side of shrimp without even asking. Excellent service and shoutout to the team here!

Panda Express should change their name to Panda Stand In Line For 40 Minutes HaHa Eff You. Only went tonight because my favorite place was still closed after a brush fire knocked out power to their whole neighborhood yesterday. Place was a mob while two people worked the line, one stood at the cash register, and two cooks worked furiously trying to fill entrees. Understaffed? One or two more minimum wage pairs of hands must be too much profit lost to this franchise owner. Chow mein was half celery; the world’s least expensive vegatable. Got stiffed on my orange chicken entree, guy ahead of me got twice as much; I asked why and the girl said, “Well we just ran out,” closes the box, and moves on to the guy behind me. Never asked if I’d like something else instead. So I had to wait 40 minutes to get shorted. I hadn’t been to a Panda Express in years, and I won’t be going back again.

I thought it was called broccoli AND beef not just broccoli haha
**edit** Told friend do NOT get me anything because they became so stingy…but here I am again. What makes me upset is this “Angus Steak” costs MORE and this is what we got. This is all the steak we get for an extra 4 dollars…**extra edit** those are MUSHROOMS not steak in the noodles…
