It’s a nice cozy place to eat with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is standard to all panda express’, which means it is excellent fast food no matter which panda express you visit. Their honey Walnut shrimp is great with their rice and noodles. I recommend a bowl.

I truly enjoy the food at this particular location of Panda Express. The flavors are always spot on and piping hot. And ever since they started offering brown rice it makes the meal even tastier. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. 03.02.22 Went in to catch a bite to eat this evening. The restaurant was open for business and while not packed there were a good amount of guests both dining and in line for take out. Even so the staff were very friendly and the service was quick although I did have to wait about 9 minutes for Beijing beef. But it was worth it. The food was hot and very tasty. California opening up and getting past this pandemic .

This Panda Express Next to Blaze Pizza has always have horrible service. The server who was there. So I ordered the Beef Broccoli and a side of vegetables. When I got there there only a little bit of beef and broccoli left fit for one order and the services still just gave me 3 pieces of beef and the gave me all the broccoli. By then I wanted to say thing but I just decided not to. Just paid for my meal and left. If you want great Panda service go to the food court.

Scanned my app for a coupon. For some reason it didn’t go through and I didn’t notice until after I paid. So I asked for compensation or if I could somehow still apply it after the transaction. They said they could and took two minutes figuring it out. They offered two dollars in exchange to removing one of my items… that would not be saving any money and be completely pointless use of a coupon. So I would be losing money if I took the money.
They claimed it was our fault we did not show our app but we showed the cashier and scanned it. She just simply forgot to press a button I assume. They were very rude about it too, the manager/supervisor Jose. We let them keep their money. It’s fine if we couldn’t redeem the coupon, it’s understandable but there’s no need to be rude about it.
Also he couldn’t even figure out how to open the cash register after the transaction, so took two dollars out of his own wallet…

Jose was no help at all. The lady at the register was either too overworked or just oblivious. I tried to use a discount from my app and it didn’t apply properly. Jose was being condescending asking if i really wanted the $1.50 difference. Jose couldn’t give me a refund from the register so he pulled out his own cash to pay me the difference. After he told me it’s my fault the discount didn’t go through he then told me I can only get the cash back if I gave back my appetizers. I just walked out. Wasted so much time. This place is so terrible.

My order came with missing items which isn’t a big deal it happens. But to top it off there was a hair in my food. I called and they’re only offering to replace my missing items. What about the whole plate I couldn’t eat because someone’s hair was in my food????

This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all if I can give them a negative stars I would. This message should be reviewed by the UPPER MANAGEMENT NOT THE STORE MANAGER AS THE MANAGER DOESNT SEEM TO CARE OF THE RESTAURANT’S VALUE. First the food presentation is so bad, the food never seemed to look fresh and never looked appetizing. The food always looked old and dry and seemed over cooked for seating in the pan whenever I fast by after workout. The reason why the food seats on the warming plates for a long time it’s because first the moral of the employees are so bad. The attitude is buy it or don’t buy it who cares. The cashier/server needs to have a better attitude. She acts like you as a customer owe it to her that she’s assisting you with your order. Don’t know if Panda Express still utilize Mystery Shopper where they send someone to evaluate the server, if they have offered their specials for the month, if they introduce themselves and offered other dish or offered to sample their current flavor. By far this is the worst Panda Express that I have ever been to.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered online and the food was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly when I can to pick up the food. Had a little problem with the order but Martha did a fantastic job of correcting the situation even though I had to come the following day. Thank you, I wish more businesses were like this one. You’ve earned a loyal customer to this location.
